The property includes a three-bedroom main house and a separate granny flat, giving everyone room to be together while still having a little space of their own.



The main house has two queen bedrooms, a kids’ bunk room, spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The cosy granny flat has its own queen bedroom, reading nook, lounge, kitchen and bathroom — ideal for grandparents, couples or guests wanting a little privacy.



Outside, there’s a large undercover patio with outdoor dining and barbecue, open space for the kids to play, a sauna, two indoor fireplaces, a patio fireplace and an outdoor fire pit.

Inside, you’ll find soft lighting, natural body products, filtered drinking water, organic teas, cacao, coffee, pantry essentials and locally handmade incense — little touches to make the house feel comfortable and cared for.



There are board games, cards, kids’ toys and outdoor games for family time, while the Preston Beach golf course sits just behind the property, with kangaroos often wandering past.
