Keinesfalls Luxuriös, verdient den Ausdruck nicht!
Die Dolphine Apartments werden als Luxery angeboten. Wir haben diesen Luxus nicht erlebt! Der Empfang war eher kühl. Der Lift in den 1.Stock war defekt was ja mal passieren kann. Das Apartment befand sich in desolatem Zustand! Alles scheint schon recht abgenutzt zu sein. Der Kühlschrank ist alt und macht grossen Lärm welcher auch beim Schlaf stört. Die Ständerlampe im Wohnzimmer ist defekt und wird nicht repariert. Der Balkon ist nicht sehr sauber. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt über einem Restaurant welches am Abend lärmig ist. Das angebotene Wifi funktioniert trotz Rückfrage bei der Reception meist nicht. Manchmal geht es für 10 Minuten und dann nicht mehr!

Tolles Appartementhotel mit Blick auf den Hafen
Die Appartements sind groß und modern eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das saubere Bad hat eine große Dusche. Vom Balkon, der über Sitzmöbel und einen Webergrill verfügt, hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den Hafen. Zur City sind es nur ein paar Schritte.

Riesiges Apartment Nr. 29, sauber und Marinablick
Sehr gepflegtes und grosses Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmer. Blick auf die Marina. Ausstattung alles da was man braucht. Sogar Waschmaschine und Trockner. Wenn es einen Wehmutstropfen gibt, ist es das gebührenpflichtige WiFi.

A great location right in the heart of mandurah. Love being able to walk to all the restaurants. Great views over the marina in our water view room, confidante enough, the single beds are tiny, but still would stay again.

Apartment was clean, not huge but with lovely views over the marina. Very noisy overhead neighbours and the bedrooms were quite hot once bedroom doors were closed. Couldn’t open the windows at night due to the street noise and noise from the restaurants below.

Nice location and good view from the balcony, however not worth the money you pay by any means. Apartment was below average, odd smell inside, balcony seemed unclean (bbq, table etc), showers ran hot then cold and didn’t stay warm, carpets quite stained, blinds in the twin bedroom also had gaps from being previously broken. Iron / board didn’t work well, and the TV wouldn’t load YouTube when we tried to use it. Photos make this place look a lot better than it was and show the best pictures to sell the rooms. Staff were friendly and accommodating at check in, and the property is secure! Wouldn’t stay again for the price

Ideal location and spotlessly clean
The apartment was ideal looking out over Dolphin Quay. Although it is situated above some bars and restaurant they were all closed at 10pm and quiet. Spotlessly clean and everything you could want for a short stay. Although a mix up with communication/booking the out of hours staff were very helpful.

Spectacular views of Dolphin Quay
We really enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Quay Apartments. The best thing with our second level apartment was the view of Dolphin Quay. It was spectacular. There are restaurants at the floor level, the building is next to a small swimming beach and is a short stroll across the pedestrian bridge to cafes. The apartment itself is comfortable for a family of 4 and has two bathrooms which was appreciated. There is also a small kitchen and European style laundry. The balcony is quite large too.

A great apartment to stay if attending Mandurah Performing Arts centre or accessing Mandurah foreshore or Dolphin Quay ( a short walk). Close to restaurants and bars, downstairs, at Dolphin Quay or Mandurah foreshore. Shopping not too far. A nice apartment with views of marina and small beach/parklands. The property had spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Secure parking provided. Apartment had a full kitchen and laundry facilities.

I paid 880 aud for 1 night stay Marina View, and we got a room with total obstruction of the view by the roof of buildings below. So sitting down on the balcony our view was this roof. We left the same night.

The rooms were very hot. The conditioning is in the main lounge room. Which made it difficult to cool and get the bedroom cool. Really not a good fit for warm summers in Perth.
