Wir haben die Tage zuvor mit unserem Motorhome auf dem dazu gehörenden Campingplatz verbracht und von dort aus im Cabine eingecheckt. Dieses ging ganz übergangslos. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Cabine wurde als erstes gereinigt, so dass wir noch vor der üblichen Zeit das Cabine beziehen konnten.

Die Unterkunft unweit des Flughafens ist ideal für eine Übernachtung bis zur Abholung eines Motorhomes. Als Campingplatz und auch zur Nutzung von Cabins ideal geeignet für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Perth, zumal man vom Discovery Park mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln problemlos in die Stadt kommt. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Erwähnenswert ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals.

Abends zog oft der Rauch von Kaminen/Öfen in unsere Unterkunft. Das Studio war OK, sauber, aber eng zusammen mit anderen Studios. Auf der Terrasse wurde geraucht, der Rauch zog so sehr in unser Studio, als wenn wir selber rauchen. Wir rauchen aber absolut nicht!

Convenient location for me to the entrance of the park. Very quiet, easy access into and out of the park. The unit was 5 star clean, shower was to die for, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The unit had everything a traveller needs to be self sufficient even the sharp knife was sharp (never happens). My only problem since you asked was my hair dryer wasn't working - otherwise would thoroughly recommend. The proximity to the Airport and everywhere else I needed to go on a flying trip there and back was easily navigated.

The floor was dirty and the A/conditioner was extremely loud, we would not be able to sleep if used, otherwise we were happy with everything else. We have stayed here many times, this was our worst experience, for the cost we were disappointed.

Nice place , not much to do for kids tho except the pool . Alot of perm . Staff accused us of having a dog when we dont it qas some one elses . So some one told a story . My daughtera bday staycation so was a little anoyed

We chose to pay on arrival at the property and Discovery Park does not uphold the agreement. They take the funds on the morning of check-in. We wouldn't have known this if we hadn't received a notice telling us we would have our reservation cancelled because they attempted to deduct the funds three days before check-in. It was disappointing because we have stayed there numerous times. The kettle at the property was full of rust. It was replaced when we informed them. The shower head was installed too low for use.

G'day Kerry and thank you for choosing to stay at DHP Perth Airport. We do not offer pay on arrival at our park, what we do offer is Book Now Pay Later. As per the policy on your chosen travel agents website it states "This property reserves the right to pre-authorise the guest's credit card prior to arrival" We were unable to do this and thus you were notified. You will need to contact your travel agent if you feel they misled you. We did ask you to provide proof from your travel agent about paying on arrival so we could address it with them but it was not forthcoming. According to our records you checked in after hours making it impossible to have taken payment on arrival even if that was the arrangement. During school holidays we run at maximum occupancy and even have a waiting list, so we insist payment is made 72 hours before arrival to secure the booking and avoid issues on the day and the likelihood of last minute cancellations causing us to be out of pocket, not to mention making it unfair for other guests who may have wanted to book that room.
