Friendly and simple check-in, went to a restaurant in the casino for something to eat (Mothers Day, so all bookable restaurants in the complex were full), show at Crown Theatre in the evening, good breakfast the following morning, easy check-out.

There was a mix up with the online booking, I booked a twin double, and the hotel system said we had booked a King, even though they were fully booked, they made sure we got the room we booked

i choose to stay at your hotel as the beds are extremely comfortable and its nice and quiet and the blockout curtains are excellent. being next door to the casino is also good especially for food options.

My husband and I loved the crown resort. We stayed at the Crown Promenade and it was fantastic. We treated ourselves to a couples massage at the Isika and if you have some spare money, definitely recommend the couples suite with the best views of swan river

They top the awards for customer service every person we passed smiled and said hello. I was greeted in the lobby with a glass of Champagne on arrival checked in 5 minutes. Buffet breakfast was Amazing great friendly chef that took the time to greet and chat to everyone that went passed his station

Close to pubs, bars, casino and club.
Very nice now it's been refurbished. A bit disappointed that water is not complimentary in all rooms. It's a very inexpensive option to make customers a lot more comfortable.

Was very well looked after by all the staff on arrival and during our stay, I was with my elderly mother and the staff couldn't do enough for her, my only cristisism would be the charge for valet parking of $50 I felt was rather steep.

Best pillows!!
Room was quite nice with excellent bedding (best king size pillows!!). Room Service was excellent - very fast and great food. Staff all friendly and helpful. Good quiet location. Free Wifi. No complaints:)

Pillow too soft. No shower screen, when I bath the whole toilet is wet. Bell boy did not help me to collect my luggage's to the lobby when I check out.

Our Wedding Anniversary
Very convenient to Crown Theatre & went to Circus Adrenaline there for our Wedding Anniversary. Had dinner before show at the Atrium (Excellent) & breakfast at Crown Promenade (Excellent). Hotel was very good & we enjoyed our time there. Parked in the open for free.

Quite nice hotel to have a break.
The hotel didn't disappoint but some of the services have slipped. Our room wasn't cleaned until 5pm. It's OK if you're only staying 1 night but we were staying 2.

Very clean. Staff friendly. Unfortunately we were charged twice for our $100 bond, they credited back $100 but kept another $100 even though we didn't use the mini bar. We will now have to sort that out when we would rather move on.

Perfect for a show or a bet
I stayed for 1 night (Saturday) to attend the Lion King. Being next door, the location was perfect. I was in a king room on the 8th floor, which was quiet, clean and comfortable. The reception staff were most helpful when I arrived at 11am (before check in time) - they tried to find an available room but even though there wasn't one, they were able to get one ready within the hour. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. For guests wanting to visit the Casino or see a show at the theatre, it is obviously a wonderful location, being just next door to both. If you are heading into the city, it is a short taxi ride away (about $19), which is the quickest way to do it, but maybe not the most cost effective. All in all, a lovely overnight stay in a lovely hotel

Shame the nightclub is so loud you can't sleep
Really lovely clean hotel with fantastic staff. If you are unfortunate enough to stay in the wing opposite the casino night club don't expect to get too much sleep as the loud music will carry on until the early hours. It's loud enough that you can easily identify the songs! Won't be in a rush to stay here again.
