„Our hotel off choice when we visit Hong Kong. Stayed here when we got married just over a decade ago and been back many times since (with children now) and still never disappoints. Location is perfect being right beside a MTR station (University), bus stop & taxi rank. Various restaurants and bars inside the hotel making lazy/relaxing days/nights just perfect! Nothing is ever too much trouble for the helpful and friendly staff. “

The main reason I go there every time I’m in Hong Kong, is just the perfect location above Mongkok MRT. The only thing that should be changed in some time: the rooms are rather dated. Don’t get me wrong, everything is fully functioning but you can spot the time. The rooms should just get a fresh, lighter and brighter look. But besides that, I’m going there next time as well. “

„We had book a non-smoking room which it wasn't. We asked for a change to non-smoking and they said it would take a while due to the rooms were still being cleaned. While we were waiting we were then informed there were no non-smoking rooms in that hotel. Later that day in the 2nd smokers room we noticed that the whole bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. Room itself has potential if they would put a bit more care into the place. Location was not as good as anticipated but ok if you like ...
