„The place is good and quite close to the beach, 2.5 km from city center. The apartment are nice but the kitchen as no hob, nothing to cook, the fridge is not working, the a/c smells moisture. Terrasse table broken. The bed is ok but not prépare and the duvet sheet was missing.
The parking is not on site free as described on hotel.com, it s 15lv by days. The free minibar is an empty fridge that not work fine.
The breakfast is poor and not good.

„This place was a joke! I’ve booked two deluxe studios with 2 beds for 2 nights and we got 1 apt with 1 bed and 1 very uncomfortable couch, the second room had also 1 bed and pullout couch. Rooms were stinky! The AC wasn’t working in one of the rooms and in the other was only in the living room. I knew that I wouldn’t get a refund so I didn’t complain but I won’t recommend this place to anyone! “

„I had great time, but the hotel was overbooked so we stayed in totally diferent room i place near by but the common areas was pretty cool with several pools and a lot of Green areas. The staff was too confused and looked like they dont speak my language very well even if its in Bulgaria. The room had everything we needed just they can improve the cleaning in the bathroom“

„Wir haben einen Appartement. Dieses wurde sehr lange nicht renoviert, dementsprechend war die Möbel bzw. die beiden Bäder sehr abgenutzt. Es war kaum möglich, vernünftig zu duschen. Die Breite von der Dusche ca. 40cm, so dass der alte Vorhang immer an einem klebt und das Wasser dennoch komplett rausläuft.
Das allerschlimmste war jedoch das Essen: keine Auswahl, nur ein Haupgericht. Das Essen war immer kalt und ungenießbar.

"Everybody was very friendly (manager was very often at the reception and helped the guests). Our room was nearby the second pool - nothing fancy but a lot of space incl. a veranda - everything was clean (daily cleaning).
The food was very good and varied - even for my vegatarian daughter - the dishes and cutlery were sometimes a little bit dirty (you could see, that they were handling a lot of guests).
2 Pools, public beach (with possibility to rent umbrellas und beds) was right outside the hotel (5 min walk).
Families with kids, mostly from Bulgaria and Ireland (Britain?).
Quite quiet during the night (only saturday the music from a nearby discothek was loud - the other side of our appartment was facing the street (apparently with neaby disco), but was a cul-de-sac and so nearly no cars.

"Nach Neueröffnung ist das Hotel natürlich super sauber und alles ist top. Vielleicht wären wir auch nicht die richtigen Sonnenstrand Besucher, wer dennoch ein bisschen Ruhe haben möchte, sollte definitiv ein Pool View oder Sea View buchen. Wir haben ein Standard-Zimmer gebucht, dieses geht zur Straße raus und ich unfassbar laut. Nach kurzem Gespräch mit der Rezeption und Managerin konnten wir unser Zimmer umbuchen.
Außerhalb der Peak-Season war es jetzt noch nicht überlaufen, die Anlage ist dennoch sehr klein und es könnte überfüllt wirken.
Dass es für jedes Getränk Plastikbecher gibt finde ich schwierig, allgemein sind die Getränke (alkoholisch) im All-Inclusive mittelmäßig. Alle Restaurants sind gut, die Salatbar ist immer üppig gefüllt. Wer Fleisch isst, bekommt (leider) nur eine abwechslungsreiche Auswahl, wenn man Schweinefleisch isst. Wer kreativ wird, kann sich aus einzelnen gekochten Zutaten neue Gerichte zusammenstellen.
Am Strand keine Hoteleigenen Strandliegen, diese müssen extern gebucht werden, für 15€ am Tag aber erschwinglich.
Alles in allem ist das Hotel in Ordnung, man ist sehr nah am Puls vom Sonnenstrand und kann dennoch ein wenig zur Ruhe kommen. "
