CASA FENICE is located next to an olive grove and overlooks the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the Val de Fino, where an extension of the Fino river runs, you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. Sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed from the terrace, and after the sun goes down the view of the twinkling lights across the valley is magical.

The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the relative solitude of country living. The NE back garden (both herb garden and lawn), swimming pool, terrace and a second patio with a hot tub (run cool in summer) are available for your exclusive use and are completely private. The house is well equipped for a relaxing holiday. With a DVD and games library, a variety of books, and a kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals at home, there is something for everyone.

We pride ourselves on giving our guests a good nights sleeps. The imported mattresses are exceptionally comfortable, and we have invested in high thread count sheets. There are shutters to make the room completely dark, mosquito screens if you would like some fresh air, and high speed fans as well as whisper quiet air conditioning.

There are two bathrooms for our guests convenience, including one with a comfortable bath, useful when one has young children...or for those of you who like a good long soak at the end of a busy day. The shower has a rain head and a hand shower, and instant hot water means you'll never run out! A hair dryer and hair straightener are provided, so dont worry about packing those!

The kitchen has everything you need to create amazing meals at home, and high quality crockery and glassware so that you can present it in style. Ask us about extra speciality appliances and cookware kept in storage if you have a specific recipe in mind, and we provide unlimited dishwasher pods to make cleaning up a breeze. Prefer not to cook? No problem! There are many excellent restaurants less than a 10 minute drive away, and we can even arrange a private chef for you if you want fine dining at home.

For those of you that enjoy watching movies together as a family in the evenings, our extensive DVD library (more than 500 titles!) and impressive home theatre will elevate your movie night to a true cinematic experience. Several soft leather couches mean every moment will be comfortable for everyone,

Games are another of our specialties... there is a full selection of board games for 1-8 people. We also have a Wii for active TV games for all ages, and a PS4 for our young adults to enjoy. Prefer to enjoy the outdoors on you summer holiday? No problem! We have a selection of lawn games that can be played on our soft real grass lawn.
