„After staying the past two days, I have some serious safety concerns that need to be brought to your attention.There are no handrails on either staircase in the house. The floor from the kitchen to the back room is uneven and a trip hazard. The back stairs are not the standard riser height and were very awkward to use. Two of the bedrooms are located in the basement with no egress windows!“
