„still waiting for our promised full refund. We were not able to stay there. We were lied to that the previously noted maintenance issues were repaired (sewage leak into basement and broken washer/dryer filled with mud). Kitchen was filthy with food encrusted utensils. Only 2 forks (dirty!) for a place that sleeps 6. We believe the manager is a chabot. “

„The owners spent a ton of money remodeling the place and did a good job. We rented it for the holidays but the day before the cleaners noticed a problem and the owners had to call us to cancel our reservation. At first that sounds horrible, but it was not due to their neglect and had they allowed us to stay the result would have been less then great. I am thankful they sacrificed their income to make sure we did not experience a bad rental.“

„Nice neighborhood and parking spaces were big enough for a truck. Property was well maintained and it had a big front porch if you like sitting drinking coffee in the morning. Was disappointed on the house being dirty when we arrived. Floors were dirty and felt sticky.Took my shoes off before entering and socks were covered in dirt just from walking around. Definitely able to hear the people in the upstairs unit when speaking or walking.“
