60 m² renovated apartment equipped for 9 people located on the 2nd floor of a residence without lift and close to the slopes and shops.
It is composed of 1 double bedroom, two sleeping areas with bunk beds closed by curtains, a shower room with toilet, a bathroom with toilet (and washing machine), a kitchenette open on a living room with sofa + drawer bed giving on a large balcony to fully enjoy a great view of the entire valley.

Equipment : Dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric hobs, washing machine.
Television. Rented with a ski lockers.

Sleeps: 1 double bed , 2set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old) + 1 drawer bed, 1 sofa + drawer bed in the living room .

Sanitary: A bathroom with toilet and a shower room with toilet

Free outdoor public parking nearby. No reservation possible.

Good to know : Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered at an additional cost.
You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at special prices.
You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
NO SMOKING apartment: billing for smell of 300 € for cleaning all fabrics
