Die Villa Talassa liegt in Lower Peyia in einer ruhigen Sackgasse neben einem RasengrundstĂŒck mit BĂ€umen. Zur Coral Bay mit ihrem Sandstrand sind es nur 5 Autominuten und zum alten Bergdorf Peyia 1 km.

Die Villa ist gerĂ€umig und komfortabel und zu einem hohen Standard eingerichtet. Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus einem offenen Wohnbereich mit Klimaanlage, einem elegant eingerichteten Speiseraum (fĂŒr sechs Personen) und eine voll ausgestattete moderne KĂŒche. Französisch TĂŒren in den Ess- und WohnrĂ€ume fĂŒhren jeweils zu den Terrasse (Sonnenliegen) und auf die möblierte Terrasse (Tisch und StĂŒhle) mit Blick auf den Pool.

Eine Marmortreppe fĂŒhrt zu den Zimmern im Obergeschoss, die voll klimatisiert sind. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Kingsize-Bett und einen Balkon sowie eine eigene Dusche und Toilette, und das zweite Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Kingsize-Bett und einen Balkon. Der Zugang zu beiden Balkonen erfolgt ĂŒber französische TĂŒren mit Moskitonetzen. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber zwei Einzelbetten. Alle Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgen ĂŒber EinbauschrĂ€nke und Klimaanlage. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein gerĂ€umiges Familienbadezimmer mit Badewanne, Dusche und WC. Ein sehr schöner, unvergesslicher und erholsamer Aufenthalt

Die Ferienvilla war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man sich vorstellen konnte. Die Lage war sehr zentral aber ruhig, man war fĂŒr sich allein und die NĂ€he zu Paphos und weiteren Ausflugmöglichkeiten und StrĂ€nden war hervorragend. Der Pool und der Whirlpool sind sehr gepflegt und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.Vielen Dank auch fĂŒr die gute Betreuung.

Top gepflegte Villa in ruhiger Lage

Hier passt alles: Villa ist sehr gepflegt und liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Toller, nicht einsehbarer Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Ausreichend großer Pool und als Highlight die Hot Tub - wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Villa Talassa in Pegeia (Peyia)

Sehr schöne Villa, alles top! Sehr nette Vermieter, zuverlĂ€ssige und schnelle Kommunikation. Und sogar ein kostenloses Auto dabei das man abert auch braucht weil nicht direkt am Meer oder in StrandnĂ€he. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. Es gibt nichts Negatives, außer daß die Hauptsicherung 1-2x tĂ€glich ausgefallen ist - aber das liegt an dem in dieser Region im Sommer wohl total ĂŒberlasteten Stromnetz. Wir werden wiedre kommen.

sehr schöne Villa in guter Lage

Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Sie ist gut gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Gefallen hat uns auch der durch Pflanzungen sehr gut abgeschirmte Poolbereich. Die Besitzer waren sehr bemĂŒht uns den Aufenthalt so komfortabel wie möglich zu organisieren. Hilfreich waren auch die vielen Tips und Hinweise. Die Nutzung des zum Haus gehörenden SUV war problemlos. Wir haben vor wiederzukommen.

We stayed at the house for 11 days, and it was a real treat! The house is located in a quite neighborhood, no noises of traffic or tourists at all. Everything is nice and tidy, the pool area is big enough for 6 persons. Kitchen and bathrooms are modern and clean as well, dishwasher and washing machine are also included. Wi-Fi is available for free - good connection all over the house and garden. There are restaurants, a bank, pharmacy, supermarkets etc. about 700 meters uphill. You can reach the beach in approx. 30 minutes by foot, or 5-10 minutes by car. The car included in this offering is a real big bonus, it gets up to four people almost everywhere on the island. The owners are really welcoming and always willing to help (like when you wake them up in the middle of the night to ask about the directions to the house). We highly recommend this house!

Lovely villa in a great location with added bonus of a car

From the moment we booked Tanya was excellent with communication and was very helpful. Tanya arranged for Dennis to collect us from the airport and he was very informative, before dropping us at the villa he drove us round to show us all the places that might be of use such as supermarket, restaurants, bars, beach etc which was a great help. The villa was lovely and clean and there was everything there that you might need. We paid to have use of the jacuzzi and the pool heated which was definitely worth it and we are glad we had. The garden is very private. Having use of the car was great. Coral Bay beach is just over a 5 minute drive from the villa and there are lots of restaurants and bars along Coral Bay strip. Tanya very kindly allowed us a late check out and Dennis collected us from the villa again to take us back to the airport. We would recommend Villa Talassa, we had a lovely week staying there.

Very comfortable bed, slept very well, villa had everything possible that we needed. Great communication with the host, always very helpful. Any issues were sorted out promptly. Enjoyed the peace and quiet, in a great location close to local amenities

Lovely winter sun break!

We had a lovely stay at the villa for 10 days. Very clean, very comfortable, close to the shops, supermarket and the beach. The use of the car was a real bonus. Taxi pick ups to and from the villa efficient and hassle free. Really don’t want to say to much as we want to keep it all to ourselves for future bookings! if we come back to Cyprus we will definitely be staying here. Would thoroughly recommend it to friends and family and actually we have already done it!

Lovely villa and pool, great location, super helpful host

We spent 4 weeks at this villa and found it to be lovely and clean on arrival. There were thoughtful touches, such as bread, milk etc in the fridge for us. The pool was sublime! The use of the car included in the fee made this a very good value for money holiday. We noticed that the people who had stayed here immediately before us complained about ants in their review. Tanya arranged for these to be treated and we were able to keep them at bay! Tanya was super helpful all through our stay and I would suggest that if anyone encounters a problem they should let Tanya know at the time rather than leave it until they submit their review. That way she can deal with whatever it is straightaway. All our communication with her were very good and she always replied the same day.

A lovely relaxed winter break

The villa was just as described and fully prepared for our arrival. It had everything we wanted or needed, clean, spacious and well maintained. The location, garden and pool were the main attractions for us and it did not disappoint. The property is 5mins by car to nearest beach (Coral Bay beach), which was not at all crowded and offered decent bar snacks, etc. We know Cyprus pretty well, so weren't looking for sight seeing, rather we wanted close proximity to beaches, a quiet neighborhood and a large pool. We had all of this and more, the garden being very private , with lovely flowering trees and plants. Perfect for relaxing in the sun. I noticea orevious review marked the villa down for being toi shaded around the pool? We didn’t find this, as the pool offered full sun on one side for 7-8hrs a day and nice shade on the other side. Perfect! Host Tanya and housekeeper, Svetlana, were both immediately contactable whenever needed, very pleasant to work with and made our stay hassle free. Thanks for a great break and we'd be sure to stay again when we next visit Cyprus.

Very Enjoyable

A fantastic place to have a real break of a holiday. The villa was well appointed with pleanty utensils/plates and cups to make the our start straight away. In the fridge was some milk butter and bread to get us started. All of the rooms were.of a great size with comfortable beds. The pool was lovely to dip into apart from the ants that took a liking to the rest if the family. The hit tub was nice to relax into. But the star of the show was the rav 4 totally lovely drive. Complete with sun shield, and air-conditioning and cypriot plates to keep the tourists away. A bit of a walk to the restaurants but as life is chilled who cares how long it takes and there is always a cool beer waiting. Tanya was a dream host easily contactable and made the checkin and collection from the airport so easy. Totally recommend this villa

Perfect house, great pool and jacuzzi. It’s very clean and had everything you need. Extra bonus is the car you can use. Contact with Tanya was very good and quick reaction. We are definately comming back, fell in love with the island.

Very nice house

Large house, enough space for 6. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, all the kitchen equipment, grill, hot tub and swimming pool. Quiet area. Plants all around the yard make it very private

2 weeks in the sun August 2022

We arrived to find the villa very clean and exactly as described the pool is the perfect temperature and nice and private and the hot tub is an added bonus that we made use of . The location of the villa is no more than a gentle 5 minute drive from the centre of Coral bay and i became very attached to the Rav4 that comes with the villa ( Essential) . Tanya is very easy to contact and answers any queries quickly . All in all we had a great holiday and will be back .

Amazing Villa

Beautiful villa. Spacious, clean with all you could need. The swimming pool and hot tub superb. Great location for Paphos,coral bay and walking distance to lots of good restaurants. The owner answered queries promptly and was really helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this villa.

Happy holiday

An excellent villa for a family holiday ,spacious and the layout flows well, very clean inside and out has everything you need for family living ,excellent pool and gardens with a hot tub ,and the use of a vehicle made life so easy for the beach,supermarket and shops,and restaurants in the evening ,correspondence with the owner is excellent with replys almost immediately ,the forwarding information has everything you need with all the instructions and contact numbers (if required) to make your holiday smooth and enjoyable would definitely recommend this villa for a family holiday I just couldn't find fault .
