„The staff was excellent. We had an issue with our shower and we joked with the staff about how it wasn't working correctly, and the staff was super apologetic and even gave a discount when they didn't have to do that. We loved the pool for cooling down and the food was delicious. The air conditioning was on the whole weekend and offered an excellent refuge from the heat during the day. Great location right by the beach and walking distance to popular clubs and restaurants. We had a great stay.“

„Our room door DID NOT ACTUALLY LOCK. The door handle would appear to lock, but if you simply pushed on the door, the entire door would open. That means anyone could have walked into our room while we were gone, despite us believing the room was securely locked. What made this even worse was the hotel’s response when I complained. Instead of treating this as the serious security problem it was, I was basically told that the lock works as long as you “don’t force the door open.” That is ...
