„Excellent place to stay in Manhattan! House was very clean and just like the pictures. I believe every surface of the house has been updated, very modern. Beds were super comfortable and fit our family of 6 very well. Basement was great for the kids to hang out in and the adult size bunk beds down there were a plus. I would highly recommend staying at this house.“

"Okay, das Hotel hatte einen erheblichen Wasserschaden im EG und ein Aufzug war defekt… kann keiner was zu. Also abgehakt! Das Zimmer war sehr schön, aber leider ziemlich dreckig! Popcorn zwischen Bett und Sofa, Schnutz im Bad, Chipskrümel im Schubfach, Müll unterm Waschbecken! Das geht gar nicht. Frühstück unterirdisch! Nur eingepackte Bagles, wenig Auswahl, billigstes Plastikbesteck, Kaffee wurde nicht aufgefüllt… alles in allem: für ein Hyatt Place mehr als enttäuschend!! "
