Our Christmas stay at this hotel was truly magical! Despite being in a country with a different religion, the hotel embraced the festive theme beautifully. The staff, who were not only excellent but went above and beyond, helped us book excursions, overcoming any language barriers seamlessly. Our family felt incredibly welcomed, and the hotel's array of kid-friendly amenities, including a great kids' program, made our stay enjoyable. The only slight downside was the absence of nighttime babysitting/childcare services. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Solid courtyard stay
Courtyard Marriott is predictable in a good way. No problem at all with our rooms, breakfast was much nicer and more extensive than expected. The only complaint I have is the bathrooms looked a bit worn (some mold in shower and just a bit dated). Overall though for the price it was a good value and nothing that I would feel the need to actually complain about.

Keeping the room at the highest standards of cleanliness and smelling good is our number one priority and I am sorry to hear that your room had the concern.
