Schönes, neues Hotel mit kleinen Mängeln!
Das Hotel ist noch neu, an einigen Stellen aber schon deutlich abgewohnt. Der Service bemüht sich, könnte aber deutlich besser sein - leider scheitert es oft am Verständnis mangels Englischkenntnissen. Zimmer sind super, nur das Bett auf Rollen ist nicht optimal. Toll die Waschaschine im Zimmer und die kleine Sauna am Pool! Das Bistro ist sehr günstig, hat aber nur Conveniance-Produkte. Frühstück für den Promotion-Preis von 130 THB gut. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel für rel. kleines Geld eine gute Leistung.

das hotel ist sehr neu und modern. die zimmer haben alle eine kochstelle mit 2 platten und digitales satelliten fernsehen. ein grosses bett und einen balkon.

Schlechter Service
Der Service der Lobby Mitarbeiter war sehr schlecht. Ich war sehr enttäuscht. Wir wurden vom Haupthotel einfach umgebucht und übernachteten in dieser Absteige. Da gibt es wesentlich bessere Hotels vor Ort. Niemals wieder nehmen wir ein @Mind Hotel, die Mitarbeiterin in der Lobby war sehr unfreundlich.

Nice hotel just off the main road, can walk to central festival in 10 minutes, there is also a free shuttle service, Rooms are clean and staff are always happy to help. The gym is a little small but got most things you might need for a quick workout, pool is night to relax in, Overall i would definitely stay at the aster hotel again

Meget bra setrumsnært hotell
Har bodd på dette hotellet flere ganger, meget bra beliggenhet midt i sentrum. For de som er ute etter stort basseng og muligheter for å sole seg er det andre hoteller som er bedre. Litt lite basseng og få solsenger. Trimrommet er helt ok. Meget hyggelig personale som yter topp service. Sengene er litt for harde etter min smak og internet er i tregeste laget, men kan absolutt anbefale dette hotellet.
