Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, praktisch gestaltetes Haus. Die Zimmer sind gut schallisoliert, vom Lärm der nahen Hauptstraße bekommt man nichts mit. Parken ist - wenn nicht vor dem Hotel - in unmittelbarer Nähe auf einer Parkfläche möglich. Das Hotel liegt nicht zentral, dennoch sind Restaurants usw. fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Umgebung an sich hat mir nicht sehr gefallen. Das Frühstück war geschmacklich nicht gut. Das Haus benötigt eine bessere Wartung. Der Bodenbelag in der Dusche löste sich während der Nutzung weiter, wobei sich die Frage stellt, warum mir gerade dieses Zimmer gegeben wurde, da das Hotel wenig belegt war.

Wir haben den „Smart-Room“ und nicht das preiswertere Standardzimmer gebucht, weil die Fotos dieser Kategorie in dieser Kategorie überwiegend Balkonzimmer zeigten. Die Zimmerbeschreibungen sind nichtssagend. Wir bekamen dann zunächst ein dunkles Zimmer mit ca 1qm großem Fenster zur Nebenstraße zugewiesen, obwohl das Hotel offenbar nur schwach belegt war. Wir lehnten dieses Zimmer ab und bekamen eines im 3. Stock mit größerem Fenster mit teilweisem Meerblick gegeben. Am Morgen des zweiten und letzten Tages wurde uns der Umzug in eines der Balkonzimmer zum Meer angeboten. Die Zimmer sind in gutem Zustand. Das Bad in schwarz mit offener Dusche und Kunstharz-Fußboden stylisch aber unpraktisch. Fußweg zum Zentrum ca. 5 min.

fantastisch
Das hotel ist fantastisch.sehr modern,sauber und komfortabel. Einzig hätte ich mir eine Möglichkeit gewünscht die dusche zu schließen dass nicht das ganze bad schwimmt. Es ist vorhanden parkplatz, einfach zu finden und sehr zentral, trotzdem ruhig. Sehr gutes frühstück und reichlich auswahl. Das personal war sehr freundlich. Jederzeit wieder

Tolles Hotel in der Nähe des Hafens, aber laut
Das Zimmer war schön und sauber mit einem tollen Balkon. Das Bad war auch sehr stylisch, wenn wir es auch etwas unpraktisch finden, dass es keine Duschabtrennung gibt und das ganze Bad schwimmt. Das einzig störende an diesem Hotel ist, dass es an der Hauptstraße liegt und deshalb sehr laut ist.Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit einer Riesenauswahl.

Ganz sicher ein tolles Hotel. Von der Ausstattung. Leider sind die Wände ziemlich dünn, was den Gesamteindruck leiden läßt. Ich war das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel, denn es ist wirklich großzügig ausgestattet und es ist ein Neubau. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich ausgestattet. Parken ist auch kein Problem.

Sind mit der Fähre und unserem Motorrad gegen Mitternacht in Patras angekommen. Waren sehr überrascht von dem freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Empfang im Hotel. Gerne wieder !

Ideales Hotel direkt am Hafen.
Wir kamen mit 4 Stunden Verspätung mit der Fähre von Venedig in Patras um 03:30 Uhr morgens an. Hatten einen tollen Service, Autos konnten wir in der Garage abstellen (aber leider etwas klein). Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr reichlich. Bei der nächsten Durchreise werden wir auf jeden Fall das Hotel wieder buchen, denn was für uns sehr wichtig ist, wenn man mit der Fähre nachts kommt, dass man eine 24 Stunden Rezeption hat.

Exzellent ausgestattet
Zum aktuellen Preis übernachtet man sehr günstig in einem modernen und komfortabel ausgestatteten Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmern, in denen es vom Kaffeekocher bis zum Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen an nichts fehlt. An der Rezeption wird man professionell entgegenkommend bedient und bei Bedarf auch mit großem Zeitaufwand beraten. Das Haus hätte ein uneingeschränktes "sehr gut" verdient, wenn die zum Meer und damit auch zur mehrspurigen Küstenstraße gerichteten Schiebefenster besser abgedichtet wären - ein kleinr aber sehr hörbarer Baufehler.

Ich bin von diesem Hotel so begeistert, dass ich nicht weiß, wo ich anfangen soll. Doch zuerst: Patras ist eine Sache für sich. Es ist schmutzig, historisch uninteressant und unübersichtlich. Wer dennoch dorthin möchte oder muss, der kann es im Airotel Patras Smart mehr als gut aushalten. Alle anderen Drei-Sterne-Hotels auf unserer Griechenlandreise sind nicht mit diesem vergleichbar. positiv: - internationaler Standard - Hotel im hervorragenden Zustand - sehr geschmackvolle und moderne Einrichtung - hoher Zimmerkomfort: großes, modernes "Designerzimmer"- gemütliches Doppelbett (sogar zwei Kissen), Flachbildschirm, Kühlschrank, Tee, Kaffee, Wasserkocher, perfekte Klimatisierung, Kühlschrank, Bügelstation, hochwertiges Badezimmer (keine Toilettenbürste, sondern WC-Brause: sehr hygienisch) - großer Balkon, großteils sonnengeschützt - Sauberkeit - unschlagbares Preis- Leistungsverhältnis - unübertroffenes Frühstücksbuffet: eine riesige Auswahl- Müsli, Quark, Trockenfrüchte, Früchte, Süßwaren, Rührei, Überbackenes, reine Fruchtsäfte u.v.m., natürlich auch ganz "Alltägliches" - liegt direkt am Wasser (Blick aufs Meer) negativ: - liegt aber auch an der Hauptstraße (Meerblick leicht getrübt), "Hafenviertel" - Patras ansich

We stayed for a passing stop during the road trip. Hotel was beside the sea. The breakfast was nice and check in was fast. Room amenities were basic and functional. There was smoke smell in the room which is not pleasant. The water bottle provided for getting water were wet inside, made me hesitate to use.

Très satisfait
Séjour d’une nuit avec mon épouse, belle chambre avec balcon, très spacieuse, moderne et bien équipée. La personne en charge de l’accueil était très sympathique , agréable et serviable. Nous avons même eu la chance de nous garer sur une des quelques places disponibles au s/sol de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner très bien également. Je recommande si de passage à Patras. De plus très bonne localisation.
