Ideal für Urlaub in Patong
Sehr gutes 4*+ Hotel mit 2 großen Pools. Wer den Trubel von Patong (10 Minuten zum Vergnügungsviertel Bangla Road und Shopping) schätzt, und keinen hoteleigenen Strand braucht, hat hier ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis - und eines der besten Steakrestaurants im Haus.

Die Unterkunft ist leider ziemlich Unterhalts bedürftig. In unserem Zimmer kam uns die halbe Badezimmer Türe entgegen. Auch die Sauberkeit lässt ein wenig zu Wünschen übrig.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Im Grossen und Ganzen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Wenn man aber das Zimmer auf der Strassenseite hat ist es sehr, sehr laut in der Nacht. Daher unbedingt ein Zimmer verlangen welches nicht auf der Strassenseite ist. Der Zimmerwechsel hat aber einwandfrei funktioniert und war danach sehr gut.

Oase inmitten des turbulenten Phukets
Das Hotel ist wirklich fantastisch, ein Ruhepol in der sonst recht hektischen Stadt Phuket. Es ist zentral gelegen und strandnah, und doch bekommt man aus den Zimmern nichts vom Verkehr oder Lärm der Stadt mit. Ich kann es sowohl Familien als auch Ruhesuchenden nur weiter empfehlen!

Hotel ist gut! Pools nur begrenzt ok (man darf bestimmte Pools nur abhängig vom Zimmer voll nutzen). Sehr laute Umgebung. Sehr stark von Massentourismus geprägt. Schallschutz so lala... Nachts kann es auf den Gängen laut sein. :-( Ich empfehle das Hotel wegen der Lage nur eingeschränkt...

We had an outstanding 10-night stay at the Holiday Inn resort. The accommodations were excellent - the beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were nice with roomy, updated showers. The dining was top-notch. With four on-site restaurants, all providing 5-star quality cuisine, we had a wonderful variety of options. The breakfast buffet in particular was a standout, with an outstanding selection that we enjoyed daily. The resort amenities were fabulous as well. The pool area was beautiful, with a large pool and swim-up bar that provided a great space to relax. What really made our stay phenomenal, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. Every employee we encountered was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Any request was met with a warm smile and first-class service. The location was also ideal, within easy walking distance of the beach, stores like pharmacies and 7-Eleven, local restaurants, and plenty of shopping. You could find everything you needed just steps from the resort. Overall, we had a truly memorable vacation at this Holiday Inn resort. Between the comfortable rooms, delicious dining, great amenities and amenities, top-notch service, and prime location, it provided the total package for a relaxing yet convenient beach getaway. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sunny vacation spot. Thank you Holiday Inn Team!

Amazing hotel with great breakfast buffet and several very good resturants, friendly staff, great pool and amenities, and located right on the beach with its own serviced crosswalk! You cant ask for more. Tip - get your cocktails from the bar and take them across to the beach, they are much better and around the same price.

The staff were generally very friendly and very helpful. The standard room was good, the wifi excellent and it was kept very clean. Complimentary water was supplied to the room and it had a fridge and good air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and food in the hotel complex restaurants was good. It was possible to get a sun lounger by the pool each day, but if you wanted a particular position, then you had to be there early. One exit to the hotel leads directly to the beach road, which gets very busy of a night time. Arranging taxis was straightforward, although reception advised booking the taxi back to the airport on the day before leaving (800 Baht, one way). Only downside was the noise created by other guests and children in the corridor running directly outside the room and doors being slammed, which varied during our stay. There is a Thai tradition of letting off small amounts of fireworks at night, which usually ceased around midnight on most days. We were not offered a chance to upgrade nor were the room facilities explained on arrival, but having stayed in many hotels, the latter was not a problem. By staying in a standard room, you were not able to access the nicer looking swimming pool (although it was probably a little shallow for swimming anyway) and this was not particularly clear from the information we saw beforehand. We would definitely stay there again, but would choose the more expensive adults only accommodation. Mosquitos are an issue to be aware of.

Nous avons passé presque 1 mois dans cet établissement. Les points positifs: l’emplacement de l’hôtel, la gentillesse et la réactivité du personnel. Les points négatifs: la propreté des chambres. Le ménage est bâclé. Nous avons dû demander à plusieurs reprises de changer nos draps car tachés. De plus, odeur de remontée d’égout venant de la salle de bain avec de l’humidité.
