"Great location, friendly staff and a reasonable buffet"

"The staff at this hotel were all amazing, helpful, and kind. The location is right across from patong beach which was very convenient, as well as there were lots of taxis available just outside the hotel. The deluxe room with the separate bedroom was so great and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only problem with the room was that the AC in the bedroom was leaking quite a lot at some times, but the other AC in the kitchen worked fine. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and the willingness to help from all the staff. "

There was this girl named Sam when you check into the buffet she was amazing. So Helpful and friendly. Our flight didnt leave until nightime and they have a lounge where you can relax and shower. Overall, I would stay here again. I would give this hotel a 10 star rating "
