„Beautiful pool and grounds. In the jungle is you want an out of town nature experience. Good food and very nice staff. Our room had a nice balcony too.“

„We had a wonderful stay! The view of the Nine Arch Bridge and jungle was so beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was really good, too! The complimentary tuk-tuk service to and from the main road to the accommodation was especially appreciated given the steep and narrow road. Overall, a fantastic experience and a place we would happily recommend!“

„Beautiful, really peaceful place with great staff. Dinesh was beyond helpful and took great care during my whole stay and also the driver Tharidu was very reliable and shared so many interesting stories about Sri Lanka on our trips. “

„Perfect stay in a more quiet area of Ella. You will be in the center shortly. The best thing about our stay was the excellent breakfast served on our private balcony with an amazing view. If we ever come back to Ella again…. This is the place we will stay!“

„Clean room, friendly staff, helpful and accommodating. Had the best stay there for my birthday “

„The view is supreme. The room is very clean and quite well-appointed for the class of hotel. The location is very near to town just up the way to its hilltop perch. A good walk or short tuk tuk ride . The staff were friendly and helpful and the WiFi was good. I had reason to contact the manager and he responded quickly to sort out my issue. I highly recommend Mountjoy Ella.“

„As we arrived our room that we booked was not free and we need to use one night a hotel of a lower category. The manager gave us a dinner for free in their restaurant as compensation. If you book a hotel for a higher price then you exped this and not another one. The second night we were on our room then everything was fine. The menu of the restaurant has a lot of menu's but unfortunately the most one are not available.“

Sehr freundliches Personal! “

„You get a homelike feel .“
