„Une jolie chambre au 1er étage donnant sur un mur. Des trous dans les draps ne devraient pas exister dans un 4 étoiles. Un parking payant très très étroit attention accrochage possible.“

„The hotel is located about 50 or so meters from the nearest lifts. It really couldn’t be more convenient. The staff we extremely helpful. The car park the hotel recommends is a multi storey on the edge of town but a member of staff travelled up with me following him and then he gave me a lift back - and even helped with buying the correct (and best value) parking ticket. The room was warm and had radiators that were easy to contraplano rather than those electric heaters found in many ski hotels ...

„The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. “

„First of all, the view is unbeatable. At first, we were worried because of the thought we were booking a ski hotel in summer. But of course, the pyrenees are also beautiful in summer. The staff (especially the receptionist with the ponytail) was very polite. We had the rooms on the left side of the hotel that were older, but no need to worry, because the rooms are very clean! The rooms are getting cleaned everyday with great care.“

„The hotel is located on top of the hill, it was nice views to Pas de la Casa but if you have to walk there, it can be hard. There is no direct access to the slopes from the hotel and no room to leave boots and skis - therefore they would have to be left in the balcony and the room would always be a bit dirty when you have to get in with the boots. There is a wardrobe in the bedroom which is really helpful to put your things during your stay. Staff is really nice and breakfast is OK.“
