With 150 sqm arranged over two levels, this refined holiday home to rent comfortably accommodates up to six people, making it ideal for families or groups of friends seeking relaxation during a villa holiday. The property is part of an elegant complex of three terraced villas with private pools, each featuring reserved outdoor spaces designed to ensure comfort and privacy.

A shaded panoramic veranda overlooks the Mediterranean coast and is furnished with a large dining table, comfortable sofas and a gas BBQ, creating the perfect setting for convivial dinners and relaxed moments in the open air. The private infinity pool, surrounded by elegant sun loungers, invites you to unwind while enjoying breathtaking sea views and the Sicilian sun. An outdoor shower and a practical laundry corner complete the outdoor area.

Inside, the villa offers bright and welcoming interiors that blend modern elegance with comfort. The spacious living room opens onto a fully equipped modern kitchen with central island and breakfast corner. A refined dining table and a comfortable sofa with TV create a warm and inviting atmosphere for the holiday. A service bathroom conveniently located near the living area adds further practicality.

The sleeping area on the ground floor includes two modern, air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

The first floor, accessible via an external staircase, hosts an exclusive double suite occupying the entire level, complete with a private bathroom and panoramic sea views. The adjacent terrace, featuring a hot tub, offers an intimate retreat designed for pure relaxation.

IMPORTANT: The master suite on the first floor is accessible ONLY via an external staircase. There is no internal connection to the ground floor.

Upon your arrival, you’ll find everything you need for a short stay, and—upon request—we can also provide essential amenities for families with young children, including a baby cot, high chair, baby bath, safety rail, and more, suitable for infants from 0 to 3 years old.

You will also have access to a detailed guide with useful information about the villa and the surrounding area, while my wife and I will remain fully available for any need. We’ll be happy to help you discover the wonders of our land by arranging additional services such as private boat tours, local wine tastings with vineyard visits, horseback riding in the countryside or a private chef service directly in the villa, everything to make your holiday truly unforgettable.

For cleanliness and comfort, we collaborate with one of the best companies in our region for the supply and professional cleaning of bed linens, towels, and beach towels. They exclusively use certified “EU ECOLABEL’’ products, ensuring a safe and eco-friendly environment for you and your loved ones.

To comply with current regulations, all guests, including minors, must complete the mandatory registration before arrival.

Submission of identity documents: Each guest must provide a valid document (ID Card, Passport, or Driver’s License).

Online identity verification: The system includes a guest recognition process before access.

Access code reception: The entry code for the villa will be sent only after the registration process is completed.

The villa is nestled in a peaceful countryside setting, just 4 km from the charming town of Balestrate, which offers essential amenities such as restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and pharmacies. It’s only 3.7 km (a 6-minute drive) from Lido Spiaggia di Balestrate, where visitors can choose between a free public beach or a private equipped area. The stunning Castellammare del Golfo is just 12 km away, offering even more to explore.

The villa is located halfway between Palermo and Trapani airports and just 10 minutes from the main highway, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Western Sicily and swimming in some of the area’s most beautiful and exclusive beaches.

To enjoy a smooth and carefree holiday, we strongly recommend renting a car directly at the arrival airport, where you’ll find the best rates and the widest selection of vehicles, as the region does not have an efficient public transportation system. However, for guests who do not drive or prefer not to rent a car, we are happy to arrange a taxi service upon request.

Inside the property, you will also find a private parking area with an automatic gate, spacious enough to accommodate up to two large vehicles.
