„Ich habe bei der Rezeption gesagt, dass wir einen Notarzt brauchen. Das Personal hat alles Weiteres unternommmen und alles geregelt. Ein Krankenwagen mit einem Arzt, einer Krankenschwester und einer Aushilfe ist gekommen. Behandelt, Situation geklärt. Einfach super! Dadurch konnten wir gerade noch den Flug erreichen.
