„Das Hotel ist sehr zentral in der Altstadt von Queretaro. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und das Hotel hat einen schönen Innenhof mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Auch das Frühstück kann ich nur empfehlen. Insgesamt ist der Baustil im Hotel einfach nur schön.“

„Very clean, nicely decorated and friendly staff. The cleaning personnel walked in without knocking while we were still in the room. Also the rooms aren't very sound proof which means you can hear everyone speaking in the lobby and the music they start playing at 9 am.“

„The location is fantastic and the building is very nice. The room is spacious and quite well illuminated. The lobby has a great restaurant and a bread store which is great. Everyone is nice and courteous and we'll oriented. The one thing I would recommend is giving some maintenance to the room floors. The one I had had the floor with some damage and it brings down the rest of the room. “

„Buche sehr gerne das City Express & Suites. Der Service ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Habe dort im Zimmer eine voll ausgestattete Küche, und ein modernes und sauberes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Ein kleiner Pool mit Liegen & Handtüchern draussen und ein ausreichendes Frühstück rundet das ganze ab.Das einzige was mich evtl. stört ist das nur spanisch sprachige Fernsehsender zu empfangen sind-zwei, oder drei englischsprachige wenigstens wären toll. Ein großer Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen, ...
