âI checked into the Hotel on a reservation that was made weeks in advance. They sent 20 mins looking for the reservation inside of a notebook. I waited nearly an hour to get a room that should have been ready hours prior to my arrival considering that I did not check in until 4pm. The person in the office was very passive in her apology. This place should not advertise free wi-fi since wi-fi is only available in their office and in the "so called" restaurant, which was nothing more than a room ...
