- A very nice fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (Nespresso coffee machine, oven, toaster, dishwasher).
- An elegant bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine.
- A separate toilet.
- A pleasant balcony/terrace bathed in natural light, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation outdoors.

On the cultural side, Rueil-Malmaison has a rich history, with sites such as the Château de Malmaison, former residence of Joséphine de Beauharnais, offering a fascinating dive into the Napoleonic era.

You will find everything you need in the neighborhood: shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries and popular cafes. The neighborhood is also close to many green spaces, including the Parc des Impressionnistes, ideal for walks or picnics.
