The Space:

The studio features a spacious living area with a kitchenette, ideal for preparing simple meals during your stay.



The space is arranged around a comfortable 140 x 200 cm double bed for two guests, with built-in storage underneath to make the most of the available space. A folding table can be used for meals or as a workspace. Original wooden flooring, light tones and the view give the studio a true Parisian character.



The compact kitchenette includes a sink, a small refrigerator and several practical amenities, allowing you to remain independent throughout your stay.



The private bathroom is compact and functional. It includes a shower, a washbasin with mirror, and a toilet with a macerator system. A hairdryer is also available, and towels are provided.



The studio offers Wi-Fi and individual gas heating, which can be adjusted directly from the radiators. An iron and ironing board are also available.



The apartment is located on the 7th floor without an elevator. The climb requires some effort, but once you arrive, you can enjoy a true Parisian rooftop experience with particularly pleasant views over the city. The accommodation is best suited to guests traveling with easy-to-carry luggage and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The studio is located in Paris’s 9th arrondissement, in a lively area that combines the energy of the city with quieter residential streets. Cafés, shops, restaurants and beautiful Parisian architecture can all be found nearby.



Its location provides easy access to Montmartre and the Sacré-Cœur, as well as the Opéra district, the Grands Boulevards and the department stores on Boulevard Haussmann. It is an ideal base for discovering different sides of Paris, from historic neighborhoods and cultural attractions to lively streets.



Bakeries, supermarkets, grocery stores and everyday shops are available in the surrounding streets, making it easy to experience the neighborhood like a local. Rue des Martyrs and the streets of South Pigalle also offer a great selection of independent shops and food spots.



The 9th arrondissement offers a pleasant balance between local neighborhood life and easy access to many of the capital’s main attractions. You can easily combine walks, restaurants, shows and sightseeing without having to cross the whole city.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is located on the 7th floor without an elevator. Please keep in mind that access may be difficult if you are traveling with heavy luggage or have mobility difficulties.



As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:

* A refundable 750 EUR Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
