L'appartement est en fait très beau, mais présente de légers défauts tels qu'une lampe défectueuse dans la cuisine. Sinon, c'était un bon séjour. L'emplacement est vraiment parfait si vous voulez visiter Disneyland. Vous n'arrez pas à Disneyland en 10 minutes en voiture.

Would not stay here again. Very rude host
The owner was very rude. They were mad at us because we used an extra blanket available in the closet . We were questioned why we used it, as we were only four people. I answered because we were cold. They also questioned why we used towels available in the toilet. We answered because our towels were wet. The owner kept on questioning about the use of the blanket and the towels ( both fully accesible in the apartment), bey insisted we had to pay extra for using them. That seemed quite a a scam. The access to property was extremely difficult. The owner sent over 10 videos to explain the process as it was almost an impossible mission to get in. Very annoying. Would not recommend renting here

The blanket and towels put away in the closet are not meant to be used by guests, our team is available to provide additional items, should you get in touch with them during your stay. We did have to block part of your deposit to pay for the extra articles you used and for the damage caused to the coffee machine. We remain at your disposal for futher information. Best regards.

Aggressive/Unresponsive Property Manager
We stayed here for 4 nights and had a few issues. When we arrived, we found a towel outside on the patio. We had mattress protectors for each bed but no fitted or flat sheets. We couldn't get the door open one day and it took several texts and phone calls to get ahold of the property manager, spanning a 30 minute period of trying to get in. When he did answer he was exasperated and explained how to get the lock open. 4 days after we checked out, the property manager messaged me accusing me to stealing sheets and 8 towels. When I tried to ask him questions I recieved replies like "all the beds were made, what more could you want?", "you took what was in the closet, so don't say you didn't find it", and "because what you did is completely incomprehensible". They took a security deposit and then charged my credit card more for stolen goods I never took. There are better places to stay with hosts that treat you with civility so I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Dans l’ensable, très bien passé. Le canapé du salon a changer. A la fin un peut bizarre la menace de surplus de facturation pour le ménage alors que le ménage est compris dans le prix … bof.

Appartement bien
Appartement bien : intérieur propre et fonctionnel, mais balcon très sale, dommage de ne pas pouvoir en profiter en été. La procédure d’arrivée communiquée par vidéos via whatsapp nous a fait perdre 1h lors de notre arrivée car nous nous sommes retrouvés bloquer à l’entrée de l’immeuble, le digipass n’était pas près de la porte donc pas visible. De plus, impossible d’émettre un appel pour avoir des explications supplémentaires car tous nos appels étaient refusés par l’hôte —> elle ne répondait qu’aux textos. La situation était assez stressante… Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Le logement est dans un quartier incroyable. Le logement en lui même est équipé avec juste ce qu’il faut la propriété est propre entretenu soigné. Nous avons été accueillis par les responsables un superbe accueille.

Worst vacation rental I have ever stayed in
1. Very poor communication with the main rental company Welkeys. We arrived at our rental location and still did not have instructions on how to check in despite me requesting them. Finally called the manager who emailed us the info and informed us that we would need to wait 50 mins for someone to come and let us into the place. 2. The apartment was dirty when we arrived and not ready for guests. The bathroom was filthy (sink and bath had hair and scum residue) and no supply of hand soap at all. On regular times this would be unacceptable but even more so during COVID. The kitchen sink still had food chunks in the drain and the table had crumbs everywhere from the people before us. Very limited toilet paper supply for a family of 4 (Only a few sheets!). 3. The beds were not made. We had to make our own beds. When they supplied the bedding, we only had one fitted sheet for 2 beds, 1 pillow set (so we had to use our own t-shirts as pillow cases for the second bed by fitting in the pillows inside). They provided us with 3 duvet covers and since we were missing a fitted sheet we used the extra duvet cover as a sheet to lay on the mattress. 4. Bath towels smelled of cigarette smoke 5. After complaining to the manager in charge, she sent a cleaning lady the next morning. They only cleaned the bathroom and vacuumed the floor but did not touch the kitchen and did not provide an additional fitted sheet although they did provide a set of the missing pillow cases. They did not provide us with any soap either. 6. As we communicated our disappointment with Welkeys and asked them to make it right by the customer, they emailed a reservation Cancellation, which we had not requested. The apartment itself was new and could have worked well, but the issues meant that we asked to stay with relatives most our nights there and certainly never ate there! Very disappointing and our first really poor experience with VRBO.
