Located on the 1st floor without elevator, the accommodation includes :

The apartment is located near the "Pernety" and "Alésia" metro stations. You will find a Lidl supermarket at 7 minutes walking distance for your small daily purchases.

Sites of interest close to the apartment :
- the Place Flora-Tristan which is very pleasant with bars and restaurants and located at the bottom of the building (by going out of the street of the sablière),
- the Montparnasse district at 10 min walk.
- the Montparnasse Tower and the Musée de la Poste (less than 20 min walk),
- the Louvre Museum and the Palais Garnier (less than 25 minutes by metro),
- the Eiffel Tower and the Pantheon (30 minutes by metro), and many others...

## Emplacement
The 14th arrondissement is a large residential area, but includes some of Paris' most famous attractions. The 14tht is the montparnasse tower, the station and the Montparnasse cemetery. The Catacombs, the cheerful Denfert-Rochereau, the Rue Daguerre, its cafés and small shops will remind you of Rue Montorgueil in the 3rd arrondissement. There is also the Cité Universitaire, the Porte d'Orléans district and Parc Montsouris.
