As you step inside, you are welcomed into a friendly living room with a fitted kitchen equipped with the basics for your cooking needs.
The bedroom features a large king-size bed with a spacious dressing area to store your belongings.
The small bathroom has a shower, while the toilet is separate for added comfort.
The apartment is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

A few practical details:

- The building is located on a steep/stepped street and has no lift.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- Welcome amenities (coffee, toilet paper, etc.) are provided to help you settle in; they are not restocked for the whole stay.
- Check-in is self-service.
- Reminder: this apartment is offered under a mobility lease ("bail mobilité") — 30-night minimum stay, proof of an eligible situation and a valid ID required, lease signed electronically before arrival.

Please treat the apartment as if it were your own. A few rules for everyone's comfort:

- Strictly non-smoking
- No parties or events
- No pets
- Maximum occupancy: 2 guests
- Please keep noise down, especially between 10 pm and 8 am (residential building and neighbourhood)
- Please sort your waste and leave the apartment in good condition; any damage will be charged to the guest
- A valid ID will be requested

This apartment is offered under a French mobility lease ("bail mobilité"): stays of 30 nights minimum, reserved for guests who can justify an eligible situation (training, studies, internship, professional assignment, job relocation, etc.).
