A renovated 45 m² duplex, professionally designed with every detail chosen to make you feel at home. The living area is air-conditioned, a real treat during Paris summers. The sofa opens into a bed for 2 extra guests, and the dining table is perfect for dinners with friends or family. A Smart TV and fast wifi cover both quiet evenings and remote work.



🍳 A ready-to-use kitchen

Hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, dishes and utensils: everything you need to cook a proper meal with fresh produce from rue Montorgueil, just around the corner.



🛏️ Lower level: your night-time retreat

A staircase leads down to the sleeping area, set below the ground floor and away from the bustle of the neighbourhood. There you’ll find a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and its own Smart TV, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The two levels are clearly separated, so everyone keeps their privacy, even with 4 guests.

Every stay begins in an apartment prepared by our professional cleaning team. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for every guest. We’re available throughout your stay to help out or share our favourite local spots.



Good to know:

• Air conditioning is in the living area only (ground floor).

• The bedroom and bathroom are on the lower level, reached by a staircase. Please keep this in mind if you’re travelling with young children or guests with reduced mobility.

The Neighborhood:

Sentier, between Montorgueil and the Grands Boulevards

You'll be staying in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, one of the liveliest neighbourhoods in Paris. Just steps away, pedestrian rue Montorgueil is lined with cheese shops, greengrocers, historic pâtisseries and terraces that are always full. The designer boutiques of rue Étienne-Marcel are right next door, and Sentier itself is packed with specialty coffee shops, sharing-plate restaurants and cocktail bars. Supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies are all within a few steps.



It's also one of the city's oldest quarters: 19th-century covered passages, cobbled lanes and period façades are waiting around every corner.
