Betrug im Hotel
Im Hotel war die Sauna defekt . Der Whirlpool war alt und die Düsen haben nicht alle funktioniert . Das Schloss für die Umkleide war defekt . Die Zimmer ok . Die Dusche im Zimmer hatte aber keinen Wasserdruck. Das Schlimmste war aber der Betrug mit den Taxis . Die Angestellten aber mit dubiosen Taxifahrern zusammen . Die nehmen für eine Fahrt 55 Euro . Ein Taxifahrer , den man selbst aufsucht nimmt 8.8 für die gleiche Fahrt . Von Kritik nehmen die Angestellten sich nichts an , denn es geht nur ums abkassieren der Touristen . Ein ekelhaftes Hotel , die so etwas machen

As already mentioned by mail, the taxi company offered a refund of a certain amount that you can receive after providing your bank details to the taxi company directly. Also das Hotel ist bestenfalls ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Anreise war schrecklich. Musste selbst in ein öffentliches Parkhaus fahren trotz Voiturier Service und durfe auch unsere Koffer selbst schleppen bei Ankunft und Abfahrt. Frühstück war eine Katasrophe. Zerdrückte Croissants, sehr schlimmer Zustand von Möbeln und Essen, keine Baquette und das in Paris. Nur Cederic der 1te Concierge und die Zimmerdame waren sehr gut. Für über 700 Euro die Nacht ist dieses Hotel nur die reinste Abzocke. 250 die Nacht wären fair gewesen.

Wir waren nicht zufrieden. Das Restaurant in der 8. Etage war geschlossen. Es gibt einen wunderschönen Garten allerdings nur mit Self-Service von der Bar. Die Minibar war nicht gefüllt. Die Ausstattung ist herunter gekommen. Das ist maximal eine 3-Sterne-Qualität.

Im Zimmer war der Teppich dreckig und auf den Bildern größer abgebildet das im Restaurant müssten wir eine Stunde warten bis wir Platz bekommen haben eine Stunde bis wir unser Essen bestellen könnten eine Stunde bis wir unsere Getränke bekommen haben und eine einhalb Stunden bis wir essen bekommen haben habe das anges beef bestellt Medium was ist gekommen englisch der zuwenig Kabinen für paarte eine Massage aber ansonsten sehr schön das Personal ist zwar überfordert aber sie sind freundlich und aber am besten war der Hotel Manger

Das Frühstück ist super. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Wellnessbereich schließt um 20 Uhr . Schon 10 min früher geht die Sauna aus :-(. Wellness ist auch sehr klein . Personal super nett. Zimmerbelegung zu dritt, aber alles immer nur für zwei vorhanden . Ich würde das nicht nochmal buchen.

This is the most disappointing 5 star hotel I have ever stayed in. I don't know how this hotel was rated as a 5 star hotel. What surprised me the most, disappointed me, and infuriated me was actually when I went to the bathroom at night, there were two huge cockroaches sprawled on the toilet, and I'm not exaggerating in any way, close to the size of the palm of my hand. So I would like to ask how the hotel is sanitized and disinfected? This is a huge hygiene hazard for customers! I myself am very sensitive to bacteria as well as viruses, and the cockroaches were even likely to have crawled through the cups we used to brush our teeth and drink water. I can't believe this is a 5-star hotel with great reviews! For service wise, there was nothing very amazing about it. The concierge, front desk, and room service were all what a 5 star hotel should be. So I don't think there is anything commendable in terms of service On top of that, the amenities in the hotel room were poorly maintained, the plumbing on the side of the toilet was exposed and you could even see the siding! I seriously doubt that cockroaches are following these pipe cracks into my restroom. The bathroom was poorly designed, the rosette head was old as well as not being able to easily adjust the direction, there was very little water flow, and the bathtub was stained and cracked. I think taller people would have a tough time taking a shower.

Is a beautiful hotel in a quiet street. Staff very helpful. Concierge lady not so much. Either she didn’t know or didn’t wanted to speak with us. First two days maid service was excellent; after that very careless. Had to ask the front desk to get their attention and still… Other than that the hotel is great!

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the first day, I encountered several issues, including the lack of basic bathroom amenities such as shampoo, soap, and conditioner. Additionally, the phone in the room was not working, and the air conditioning was malfunctioning. Despite requesting compensation from the management, I only received a bottle of water in the room, with no further action taken to address the problems. Even after expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting a complimentary day's stay, the management did not agree to my request. In summary, my stay at this hotel was frustrating and disappointing. For these reasons, I rate it one star and would not recommend this place to other travelers. I do not plan to return in the future.
