Welcome to the heart of Paris, on the legendary Boulevard Montmartre, to our tastefully renovated property, where every detail has been carefully considered to offer comfort, elegance and practicality.



You will have two bedrooms, including a master suite with an en-suite bathroom.

In the living area, you will find a beautiful, spacious and functional kitchen with a table seating six people and a sofa bed.

You will also have access to a separate toilet and an additional shower.



The Space:

This bright and stylish accommodation comprises:



A premium master suite with a large, high-quality king-size bed (180×200 cm)

An en-suite bathroom, fitted with a modern shower, a washbasin and a toilet.



A cosy bedroom with a 140×190 cm bed featuring high-end bedding.



Storage space is built into the headboard in each bedroom.



The living room is spacious and welcoming, featuring a 160×190 cm sofa bed (ideal for two children but also suitable for two adults).

You will have a large dining table that seats up to 6 people next to a fully fitted, custom-built kitchen: oven, hob, washer-dryer, dishwasher, and a Nespresso-style coffee machine.

We have invested in a SMEG toaster and kettle.



You will have a second separate bathroom with a sink and a designer vanity unit, and a shower.



For the convenience of your group, there is a separate toilet in the hallway.



There is a television in the living room and another in each bedroom.



We have created a calm and welcoming atmosphere using fine materials such as wood and stone. You will also appreciate the soft lighting that highlights the different materials and contrasts.



To ensure a seamless experience, guests have access to a dedicated concierge service available 7 days a week (from 9am to 11pm) by phone, message or video call. A personalised welcome on arrival is also provided, including a full tour of the apartment.



For added convenience, we can arrange airport transfers, grocery deliveries before your arrival, and regular cleaning services during your stay.



We encourage our guests to find out about local events in Paris during their stay, as the city often hosts festivals and celebrations that may affect noise levels and access to the apartment.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the whole property.



Please note that you will need to climb 3 steps to reach the elevator. To get to the apartment, which is on the 1st floor (ground floor +1), you will then need to go down 2 steps to enter the apartment.



The apartment is not suitable for to people with limited mobility.
