The Space:

Our 35 m² apartment is a well-designed one-bedroom offering a pleasant living space with a cozy lounge and dining area for relaxing moments.



The comfortable bedroom features a quality bed, bedside power outlets, a dedicated workspace for business or study needs, as well as a television. The modern bathroom includes a spacious shower, perfect for unwinding after a day in Paris. The fully equipped kitchen, open to the living area, also includes a washing machine.



The apartment offers free Wi-Fi, heating, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The green-toned décor creates an elegant, calm, and contemporary atmosphere.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the appartement. It's designed for self-check-in, with the keys securely placed in a lockbox. This system allows guests to arrive at their convenience, irrespective of the hour. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the building, with no elevator.

Other Things to Note:

For same-day reservations (when you arrive on the day you book), the apartment may not be ready until 7:00 PM, rather than the standard check-in time listed on the property listing.

Subject to availability, we offer optional luggage storage and late check-out services to make your stay more comfortable.

Pets are welcome, but you must add your pet as a guest when making your reservation.



As part of our standard guest verification process, you may be required to choose one of the following options before check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during your stay:



A non-refundable Damage Waiver of €8 per night, OR

A refundable Security Deposit of €750.



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the entire duration of your reservation.
