Welcome to our 38 m² apartment, located on the ground floor (courtyard side) of a quiet, secure Parisian building.



It is laid out as follows for your comfort:

- 1 fully equipped open-plan kitchen: refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and washer-dryer

- 1 dining area with a table and chairs for 4 people

- 1 open-plan bedroom with a Queen-size bed

- 1 bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet

- 1 lovely furnished patio with an armchair, table, and chairs



The apartment is also equipped with an iron and ironing board, as well as a hairdryer.



The cleaning fee includes the provision of fresh bed linen and towels for each guest; professional cleaning is carried out to ensure the apartment is spotless upon your arrival.
