Welcome to my bright 43 m² apartment located in the heart of Paris’s 17th arrondissement. Situated on the 5th floor (without an elevator), it offers a very quiet environment and is filled with natural light throughout the day. It features one bedroom, one bathroom, and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Ideally located in the Batignolles district, it is close to Montmartre, the Sacré-Cœur, Pigalle, and the charming Abbesses neighborhood.

## Logement
The apartment is fully equipped and perfectly suited for both tourist and business stays in Paris. You will particularly enjoy its ideal location, close to the favorite spots of the locals. Feel free to ask me for my top recommendations!
The apartment offers two beds: a sofa bed and a double bed. It is highly appreciated by guests for its open view, natural light, charm, and tranquility.
You will also find all necessary amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, and independent heating in each room.

The 17th arrondissement is a bourgeois district of Paris located northwest of Paris. The quality of life there is excellent, whether in terms of security, proximity to shops and the old Paris tourist area, cleanliness and calm. It is very well served by transport.
This very lively district is composed of 3 main districts which each have their own style and dynamism: The districts of Wagram-Ternes (close to the Champs Elysées and luxurious), Villiers (very bourgeois/old France) and Batignolles (young active couples and bobos).
