Cocoonr is offering this charming 60 m² flat for rent in Paris, in the Canal Saint-Martin neighbourhood. It is situated on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift, can accommodate up to 4 guests, and features high-speed Wi-Fi.

This accommodation is offered exclusively under a ‘mobility tenancy’ – a furnished tenancy agreement lasting between 1 and 10 months – reserved for people in a situation of temporary mobility (studies, training, work placements, professional assignments or transfers, etc.). You must sign the tenancy agreement in order to move into the accommodation.
Once you have made your booking, you will be asked to provide the following documents to complete your application and draw up the tenancy agreement: proof of identity for the occupants, contact details, proof of address where applicable, proof of home insurance, proof of your employment status or reason for mobility, as well as the required proof of income (e.g. payslips or financial statements for the self-employed).
Please ensure, before making any booking, that you are eligible for the mobility tenancy agreement and able to provide these documents. If the tenancy agreement is not signed and the required supporting documents are not submitted, access to the property cannot be granted.

It comprises a bright living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms and a shower room with a toilet. Linen is provided and your bed will be made up on arrival.
