Das Hotel ist sehr schön und alle sind sehr freundlich und nett. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder genau in dieses Hotel reisen. Die U-Bahn Station ist nicht weit entfernt und gleich in der Nähe waren auch schöne Restaurants, wo man schöne Abende draußen verbringen kann.

Zimmer war in einem Top Zustand, hat mich Positive überrascht. Da es ein Aparthotel ist, war die Mini Küche gut ausgestattet und alles war sauber, sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Ok
Kartenleser im Aufzug war eine Sache für sich... Mal geht Mal nicht... Studio mit 2 Zimmer gebucht und an der Rezeption bekam ich zuerst nur den Schlüssel für 1 Zimmer erst nach expliziter Nachfrage (musste sogar nachweisen dass ich Studio mit 2 SZ gebucht hatte) bekam ich den zweiten Schlüssel der eigentlich schon lange da lag... Dann kam noch die Spitze: das erste Zimmer war okay, aber das zweite Zimmer war nicht gemacht bzw. da wir relativ spät eingecheckt haben könnte es sein dass Leute sich dort einfach bepaßt haben... Wir bekamen problemlos ein neues Studio, aber ich werde nie wieder da buchen...

Easy in and out. Hotel has a Parking Garage for 15€ a Day. The Hotel is 10 min walk to a Metro Station. Very affordable and clean Hotel!

Ordentliches Hotel mit wenig Service
Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand und wir hatten als Familie (4 Personen) zwei nebeneinander liegende Zimmer die sehr gut und groß waren. Leider wurde innerhalb von 4 Tagen nicht gereinigt, keine Handtücher gewechselt und kein Toilettenpapier gebracht. Erst als wir dies beantstandet hatten, wurde dies erledigt und auf der Endabrechnung mit 8,- € berechnet. Zudem finde ich 15,- € Parkgebühr pro Tag auch nicht gerade billig. Paris ist halt teuer. Was uns auch gefehlt hat, waren Flyer mit Hinweisen auf Ausflugsmöglichkeiten oder Sehenswürdigkeiten. Speisesaal ist direkt im Eingangsbereich und etwas klein ausgefallen, wenn das Hotel gut besucht ist. Personal war im großen und ganzen freundlich. Einzig Deutsch wird hier nicht gesprochen, was man auch nicht unbedingt verlangen kann und auf Englisch ging es ganz gut.

Nie wieder! Schimmelparadies
Als wir den Küchenschrank aufgeschlossen haben, fanden wir total verschimmeltes Geschirr vor was schon seit Wochen dort liegen musste! Wir haben dies bemängelt, zu blöd dass unser Zimmer am nächsten Tag überhaupt nicht gereinigt wurde. Wir haben auch dies wieder bemängelt, auch dass das eklige Geschirr was in den Müll gehörte auch noch dort stand. Am dritten Tag war die Putzfrau tatsächlich in unserem Zimmer gewesen. Geputzt hat sie allerdings nicht. Das verschimmelte Geschirr war zwar weg – allerdings nicht entsorgt, sondern geputzt im Schrank verräumt. Wer den Teller gesehen hat, würde ihn im Traum nicht mehr benutzen, uns hat es nur geekelt! Das Bett war gemacht, das war’s aber auch. Es war nicht gesaugt, das Bad war gar nicht geputzt. Bei genauem Hinsehen sind uns dann auch der Schimmel an den Badfugen, an der Lüftung, und anderen Stellen aufgefallen. Würde erklären warum es jeden Tag so modrig gerochen hat, trotz lüften. Keine Hilfe oder Bemühung irgendeiner Art vom Personal, nicht mal eine Entschuldigung.

Excellent accommodation for people that are skilled with transportation and self organization. Rooms are clean, the small kitchen corner is equipped with everything you might need: soap, towels, pans and dishes, we even had an iron and a vacuum cleaner in our room. There’s a number of nicely large supermarkets at 2min walking distance and a couple of bakeries to stop by for croissants and pains au chocolat in the morning and to buy bread for the day, large baguettes were 1€ so the prices are those of a residential area. Concierge service is extremely efficient and is available 24/7, taxis arrived in less than five minutes. The position of the hotel is quite convenient but not in the city center. Closest metro is a 10min walk and from there it’s a 30min ride minimum for the heart of Paris (Louvre, Tour Eiffel, Champs Élysée, Opéra). If you take the bus instead, it takes a little longer but the stop is right in front of the hotel which is really nice after a long day of walking. Be practical and prepared and you’ll have a great experience at an excellent price.

Ok, but we'd stay closer to the city next time
Large comfortable room with a useful kitchenette. The shower was cosy and leaked badly over the floor. Free use of the coffee machine at reception was good. Location is ok, about a 10 minute walk to the metro and a 20 minutes ride into the city centre. Very strict with checkin and checkout times and would not honour the VIP 2 hour late checkout on the email confirmation.

Decent - But with faults.
Hotel overall good condition and reasonably well looked after, however the room smelt of sewerage on entering and the air conditioning was locked at 24c. Which initially was great when coming in from outside (33c+) however it made it practically impossible to sleep at night.

Staying in this property was definitely a hit or miss. Now first I’ll give all the great things about it. We booked this hotel for 10 days but we only stayed for 4. The rooms were clean. One did not have toilet paper but we simply asked for it and they gave it to us. We did not do the booking with a breakfast and you must! The breakfast is good but if you didnt pay it then you have to pay 15 euros per person. There was always different staff members there. Some were not accommodating at all. Some were amazing! Deborah was kind and always friendly to our needs! I asked for her name just so I can mention her here! She is the reason why our stay here was great! Now what was somewhat negative. We were a family of 5 and we arrived very early. This is not a regular hotel as it is aparthotels. So the room was not ready when we arrived. We were tired and we did explore a bit but were so exhausted we came back and slept in those uncomfortable seats. One of the staff pitied us and let us in earlier than when they said. Another thing is the location. In Expedia I put Eiffel Tower to be the main focus of the hotel. Now you can see it the higher floor you are but the Hotel is rather remote from it. The amenities and everything was decent but we had to pay around 15 euros every time we wanted to go to the touristic areas. This is great for locals that can use the metro and things but foreign I would avoid unless you know your way around Paris. Other than that it was good stay!

Spacious room. All quite new. Window could be fully opened which we really liked and is not the case in every hotelroom. Friendly hotelstaff. Nice neighbourhood. Metro is about 10 minutes walking distances. Bikes at 5.
