Welcome to this spacious and warm country house, to enjoy the Landes with family or friends. For a weekend or for the week during the summer, you can put down your luggage in this large building of 260m2, located 5 minutes from the lake and 20 minutes from the beaches, but also enjoy the flowered and wooded garden of 5000m2. Possibility to accommodate 8 adults on the ground floor (possible beds for babies) and 7 children in dormitory style upstairs. On the ground floor, you will find 4 bedrooms with new quality bedding (queen size organic latex mattresses), a dressing room, an office and baby beds on request. 2 bathrooms each equipped with: a toilet, a shower and a bathtub. 1 separate toilet at the entrance. The living room has 2 very spacious sofa beds in front of the fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, thermomix, utensils ...). The dining room can seat around ten people. The veranda also offers a summer kitchen and a relaxation area. Two terraces allow for convivial moments outdoors. Upstairs, bunk beds and single beds are arranged in a large dormitory exclusively for children. All rooms are air-conditioned. The garden allows you to enjoy amenities such as a barbecue, ping-pong table, badminton, trampoline or relax under the large linden tree, in one of the hammocks.
