Villa Polymnia Protaras 1 is a beautiful and unique property, located close to the bustling resort of Protaras. Ideal for larger groups, this five-bedroom villa can accommodate up to ten guests. An enclosed patio terrace is an ideal spot for a day by the pool as a 3x6m refreshing pool is great for a splash around with the kids or a cool-off from the midday sun. Enjoy relaxing in style on one of the many reclining sun loungers, and top up your tan under the glorious Cypriot sunshine. If you enjoy cooking, then make use of the portable BBQ and alfresco dining by whipping up some traditional delights, such as freshly grilled souvlaki or marinated skewers. 
From the terrace, you have direct access to the ground floor of the property as patio doors lead you into the living room and kitchen area. This cosy room with comfortable sofas, modern furnishings and air conditioning has a homely feel to it. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances, including a dishwasher and a washing machine for your convenience. There's also three bedrooms on the ground floor, one master double with a private shower ensuite and two other bedrooms. Two of which come with their own flat-screen TV. A family bathroom completes the ground floor, as stairs from the living area lead down to the lower ground floor. Two bedrooms reside on this floor, one double room complete with a pool table and football table, and a twin bedroom, both sharing a shower room.
