The living spaces are spread between the indoors and outdoors, with access to a terrace or balcony for every room. The open-plan layout is ideal for a family travelling together or groups of friends that want to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet as well as the lively streets of Protaras and Ayia Napa. On the ground floor, there is an open plan kitchen alongside the living and dining area where you can prepare delicious group meals, using local ingredients to mix up your usual dishes. The décor is simple and modern, designed not to overwhelm, but simply to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is space for you to all curl up on the sofa together and to dine together around the table.

Upstairs there are three good-sized bedrooms, one with its own en-suite and the other two sharing a family bathroom. With plenty of storage for your belongings, you can settle in and relax, each bedroom even has access out to beautiful balconies with picturesque views of the sea, making it even easier to relax. With doors leading out from the house to the terrace, there is a constant connection between the indoors and outdoors, with the pool glistening on the terrace and tempting you to head out into the sunshine.

Outside, the living space continues with a beautiful terrace featuring outdoor dining tables and a fantastic built-in barbecue. Villa Davidia is located within close distance from the centre of Protaras. Situated in the St. Elias area, a popular spot due to its quiet and elevated position overlooking the resort area. All of the amenities and the beaches are just a short walk or drive away, so from the moment you arrive you can instantly relax. With the airport only 40-minutes away, from the moment you disembark the plane, your journey is almost done!

Protaras is a beautiful beach resort with stunning Venetian architecture and pretty pastel-coloured houses lining the town. You can amble around the cobbled streets, wandering in and out of charming eateries and purchasing handcrafted gifts to take home to your friends and family. 

The famous Fig Tree Bay beach is located a short distance away, as well as many other beautiful beaches. With its lone fig tree, golden sandy shores and calm, crystal-clear waters this family-friendly beach is perfect for your holiday beach days. You can sunbathe on the beach reading your favourite summer book or enjoy some adrenaline-fuelled water sports like sea kayaking, parasailing and jet skiing that are on offer. There is also an island you can swim out to, best suited to the stronger swimmers in your group.

The protected nature park area of Cape Greco is a must-visit during your stay, with pine-tree forest trails and underwater mysteries to explore. On land, the nature park can be explored walking, mountain biking or even on horseback. For those who prefer the sea, the Cape offers fabulous snorkelling and scuba diving, with options for experienced and novices alike.

Ayia Napa, just a short drive from the villa, is a popular town to visit as well. The lively nightlife is frequented by youngsters, perfect for a fun night out with a few cocktails being a must! By day, Ayia Napa is famous for the picturesque Venetian-era Ayia Napa Monastery which stands in the central square and is surrounded by bustling bars and clubs. There is also a water park that kids will adore, perfect for a fun day out rushing down slides and playing in the pools.
