Family Villa Gardens Estates 2 min walk to the scenic Kapparis beach

The villa is central to Protaras, Pernera and Ayia Napa with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. This Beautiful Beach House is a spacious 3-bedroom house just 2 minute walk from the picturesque Kapparis/Malama Beach with crystal clear blue waters and soft sand.
It can accommodate up to 6 persons plus an infant. Furnished with taste and care to include, fully equipped kitchen, air-condition in all 3 bedrooms, TV and fast Wi-Fi.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room for 6 persons, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. The house is surrounded by verandas were there is dedicated BBQ area and outdoor shower, shaded porch with a Bar and free private car park enough for several vehicles.
Smoking in the house is not permitted but a cigarette can be enjoyed under the stars sitting in the porch verandas or the garden .
The first-floor features a bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2nd bedroom with a double bed and an infant/totler crib and 3rd bedroom with two single beds. All rooms are equipped with Air-conditioning/Heating Units.

The Beach House is ideal for a family holiday. It is located in one of the most popular holiday destinations preferred both by tourists and also by locals, were you can find within walking distance restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, ATM, water sports, organized beaches some of them rated as "Blue Flag" and much more.
Kapparis is very well known for the clean beaches surrounding the area that are especially suited for families and children and also for everyone who likes to relax on a beautiful, graphic and quiet destination.
Nearest organized beaches are Malama Beach, Agia Triada (Holy trinity), and Kapparis Beach as well as some other natural, non organized secret locations for you to discover were you might be surprised by sea turtles!
