Beautiful place, ideal location
Jordan's place was clean, and spacious. Just what we needed for a long weekend away. The proximity to all of the action was hard to beat. Right on the best beach, and close to the Four Seasons/Atlantis area -- all a short walk. Quiet place with a decent pool which felt secure. We did have a power outage for a few hours after we arrived, and Jordan was ultra responsive in dealing with it. Thankfully, we were in paradise and out by the pool and wandering around anyways. Thanks Jordan!

Gem of a home
This property is located on a hill overlooking the ocean, Our condo immaculate & beautiful. Both bathrooms recently beautifully renovated. We particularly love the quiet location, with security gates surrounding the private villas. The owner was always quick to reply to each & every one of our emails. Beach chairs & cooler included with the rental. Large private outside patio with bar-b-que grill & with table & chairs was our spot for morning coffee, just steps from the crystal-clear pool. We walked to the Atlantis & also to the amazing Ocean Club with fantastic restaurant overlooking the ocean. This was our second stay here at this condo, we hope to book again. Thank you, Jordan! What a gem of a property!

Paradise on the beach
This villa is situated on Paradise Island, Bahamas with very easy access to Nassau, Atlantis, and has its own private beach for the complex that it was in. The interior of this villa was very clean, and had modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen and the outside grill saved us a ton of money on food by preparing it ourselves. Don't forget to shop in the grocery store on your way from the airport to the villa. The bathrooms needed an update, and the owner is doing that and other remodeling during this summer. I can't wait to see it again after the remodel. Jordan, the owner, will respond immediately if you have any problems with the villa. As I said, the villa is in a perfect place to see the island and it's attractions and adventures. Very easy to hail a cab, or even walk to see them all. I couldn't believe how friendly the people of the Bahamas are. They will go out of their way to recommend dining, attractions, and adventures. I recommend this place to everyone that is staying on Paradise Island. Go to this villa, unplug, rejuvenate, and enjoy the island life. Make it a time to connect with your friends and have a wonderful time. Maybe work on a tan!

We had a 5 day girls getaway. Was a great location. The unit was in one of the best locations on the property over looking the pool then the ocean in the distance. 30 seconds from the beach. The unit is really fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Great restaurant location on site. The complexe in general is a little outdated however it did not bother us whatsoever. Great value for your money. The beds are very comfortable which was a big bonus for me+++ We all slept well and this vacation was exactly what we needed. We would 100% stay again.

A Paradise indeed!
My husband and I needed a little get-away after the holidays, and we were so lucky to end up in Jordan's villa on Paradise Island. It was way nicer than we expected. Check-in was super easy, and all the staff were so friendly and kind. The villa was immaculate and so comfortable, especially the bed. It has a great little kitchen with everything you need. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The location is perfect, with one of the most beautiful, clean sand beaches I have ever visited just a staircase away from the villa. The pool right outside our door was clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the quiet surroundings away from the very busy Atlantis area. Jordan was great to communicate with, and made sure we had everything we needed. I can't think of a thing that was lacking. Well, yes, we fell in love with the island and we want to come back next year. We'll be booking at Jordan's again!!

Paradise
First off we were greeted by this sweet lady that showed/helped us to our villa. I had a few questions for Jordan and I received quick responses. The villa was immaculate not a spot of dust or dirt anywhere. It is very well supplied with cleaning supplies, utensils, dishes, pots/pans etc. There is a cooler, chairs and beach towels provided but when you go to the beach you can rent chairs and umbrellas if you want. My favorite part of the vacation was sitting on the porch every morning looking at the beautiful landscaping/pool, hearing the waves from the ocean and drinking my coffee. The Straw Market is a great place to purchase souvenirs from the locals. We are already considering returning next year! Thank you Jordan for sharing your villa with us!

Beach-front vacation in Paradise
We had owned a villa in Sunrise quite a few years ago and have rented villas there on several occasions since. We stayed at this villa, #11, last year and were very pleased with it again this year. The place is clean with all of the necessary amenities including a washer/dryer (very handy). The location is great with rapid access to the beach, pool, and Viola's, a reasonably priced restaurant/bar on the property. Snorkeling on the east end of the island- a 20 minute walk on the beach away from Atlantis- is safe, quiet and enjoyable. On the way there from the airport we had our taxi driver stop at the Harbour Bay Shopping center on East Bay St. where Solomon's Fresh Market, a supermarket is located. That allowed us to stock up on needed supplies for our stay. In the future a supermarket is coming to Paradise Island itself.

Good location! Fun experience!
Communication with owner was great! Very helpful. Location was also exceptional! Some of the condo features weren’t as described or need to be updated- a few outlets weren’t working, fire extinguisher was outdated, and landline wasn’t seen in condo (it wasn’t needed while we were there, thankfully.) Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The privacy was so valuable! Thanks for sharing Villa 11 with us.

This was a great place right on the beautiful Cabbage beach. You can’t beat that! Walkable to the Marina village and Atlantis. Unit was nice and fully stocked including beach chairs. Relaxing in the Bahama’s! Excellent choice!
We like to stay away from the high rises and do things more local. This spot was perfect! Clean & tidy, true to its word. Manager was easy to communicate with for all our information requests and added an extra level of comfort. Replies were quick and informative. Patio was pleasant and a great place to sip a morning coffee as well as an evening nightcap. The property has a bar and restaurant up front and the food and drinks were awesome! Conch fritters were the best around as were the conch tacos! Really convienient. The pool was just off the patio and we used it post beach excursions, with a sand shower at the gated beach entry. The two bedroom 2 bath was perfect, and conveniently close enough to walk to stores and restaurants within a mile. We really cant wait to come back and stay again! Our VRBO manager was a huge part of that, thanks! Highly reccomend.

Lovely clean unit with gorgeous relaxing oceanview
This unit is modern and very accommodating with a gorgeous oceanview from the living room and patio. My only issues were 1) the grill was not cleaned and was out of propane (should be ready for use) 2) the cable connection in the bedrooms were horrible. Other than these - all else was great. Would definitely reserve again. We loved it!

Food is great, people are friendly and welcoming. Atlantis is so close by should you want some casino time or change of atmosphere.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Ocean Beach Club. The unit was exactly as described online and had everything we would need for our one week stay. The owner has gone above and beyond making sure this unit is complete with everything you will need for a beach vacation. Paradise During the Pandemic
The property was very clean and spacious; the patio was big and steps from the beautiful pool; beyond the pool area was the beautiful beach (Cabbage Beach). Very clean and well maintained beach. The condo/pool area was gated so it made it private to only those staying in those units. The neighbors who live there were very friendly! We stayed from 7-16 thru 7-23, 2020, during the global pandemic. A COVID-19 negative test was required prior to arrival by the government and presented upon entry. Atlantis which was a walk down the beach was closed (which we didn't care so much about) but made for less people which we loved! Only footprints in the sand were ours! However, because of the pandemic it did reduce our eating and shopping options. There were only several restaurants open: Viola's was onsite and convenient; their food, drinks, and service were very good; Anthony's was walking distance; not on the beach but very good; Dune restaurant in the Four Seasons was on the beach a short walk away and amazing; expensive but worth it. We used a driver and went to downtown Nassau one day; all the shops and food places were closed and it was pretty deserted so we went to see the Queen's Staircase and Fort which was neat. The only store open to buy any sort of souvenir was a small shop by Anthony's and at the airport. So shopping limited but we focused our time in the sun and at the pool/beach. We also were able to go on a snorkel boat trip. Note: On Sunday evening (7-19-20) (3 days into the trip), there was an announcement from government that all beaches were closed starting the next day, Monday (7-20-20) due to a surge in COVID-19 cases in US and some on Grand Bahama and a few on New Providence. So unfortunately, we were unable to walk on beach and swim in the ocean for the last half of our vacation which was disappointing. The colors are amazing in the ocean here and the sand so white so it was hard to not be able to enjoy it but we enjoyed it from afar. We still had the swimming pool to cool off! The borders officially closed to US travel on Wednesday (7-22-20); we had the last flight out on Thursday (7-23-20), our planned departure date. The electricity in the area including the condo went out for about 6 hrs on one day which was a bit of a bummer - no AC, no lights, etc. Was told it happens often on the island but typically not that long---we survived - island life! Overall, a great trip! Would stay here again!

Perfect place in Paradise!
We traveled to Paradise to do the Bahama Half Marathon and could not have chosen a better location. We could easily walk everywhere on Paradise and it was a short walk for the bridge to some very interesting local eateries. We wish we should have spent more time on the private beach in front of the condo. We paid to go to Atlantis and found our beach much nicer. The neighbors in the complex are also extremely nice and friendly. I highly recommend going to Violas which is the restaurant on property. The food was great and it is very convenient. Jordan was amazingly responsive when we had questions. We would stay here again!

COULDN'T HAVE BEEN BETTER
Nice & homey, yet upgraded, property on Paradise Island. The 21-condo complex is laid out like in a spanish courtyard style. This condo has it's own good size fenced-in patio that overlooks the pool and the ocean in the distance to sit and have a drink/coffee. A few long terms rentals and full-time residents are there and they're all very welcoming and friendly. The mattresses are extremely comfy memory foam. All amenities are provided along with some unexpected extras which was very nice. Jordan was easy to work with and when we had a problem with the safe, he was a phone call away and it was taken care of while we were away at dinner. He truly wants your stay to be a great one and proves it. Be sure to take advantage of the onsite restaurant/bar called Viola's. Good food and drinks for sure. The staff at the complex was very nice and helpful as well. Be sure that when on the beach, turn right and walk to the very end of the beach, it's a 20 min stroll, for some calmer waters. Take some fruit with you and you can wade out into the water and feed multi-colored fish while they swim all around you. Big thumbs up for this listing and i would highly recommend.

A nice stay. Some aspects of the villa could use a once-over or replacement (dishwasher, grill), but those were minor. Overall villa was clean and well-maintained. Kids enjoyed the pools. Great location with direct beach access and a short 3-5 minute walk to Atlantis property, small grocery store, liquor store, etc. Owner and club staff were helpful. Sunrise property in general showing a bit of wear and tear. On-site restaurant was nice to have, and food was enjoyable. Would certainly return.

This condo was very clean, quiet, and exactly as advertised. Communication with the owner was great. The location was great--a very short walk to the beach. The condo is located steps from the pool and you can see the ocean in the distance. We loved the beach in front of the condo. The sand is soft and the water is clear. It wasn't crowded while we were there. There were some annoying vendors asking if we wanted to take banana boat rides/rent jet skis. If you want to get away from the vendors, just walk a few hundred yards to the right and you'll have the beach to yourself. If you want to be amongst the crowds, Atlantis is about a 10 minute walk away. There is a nearby grocery store. Keep in mind that you'll pay far more for food in The Bahamas, than you do in the U.S. (for example a bag of pretzels was about $7.00). I packed snacks so we wouldn't have to buy them there. We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this condo!

#11 at Sunrise Beach Club Villas is a wonderful place to just kick back and relax. There are lots of things to do on Paradise Island and in Nassau. But the real delight is waking each morning to see the ocean and the beach.

There was some confusion and the unit was inadvertently double booked. The host handled all the details for us and we were smoothly upgraded to a larger oceanfront unit in the same complex. I truly appreciate all Jordan did to make this a wonderful stay!!! Highly recommend Sunrise Beach villas for location (less than a 10 minute walk to Atlantis) and amenities (beach access is fantastic and the pools are beautiful) and would definitely book through Jordan again!!!

This unit is perfect in every way. It's probably the cleanest VRBO space I've ever stayed in. The beds and linen are incredibly comfortable. The layout of the space is great and the decor is warm and inviting. This unit overlooks the pool with the ocean in the background. It's a few short steps to the beautiful beach where the water is warm. My kids loved the huge waves of this beach. Atlantis is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Couldn't be a better spot to vacation for a family.

Great experience!
Excellent place to stay if visiting Paradise Island. The property is well-equipped, clean, cozy and within close proximity to Atlantis, plus many other tourist sites. Also, the property owner was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this property if visiting Nassau or Paradise Island.
