The space
**No children under the age of 12**

This uber sunny townhouse is an end unit of an intimate and safe 12-unit condominium development. There is a full dining room, living room, enclosed kitchen, half bath, and outside balcony on the first floor. The second floor contains two big bedrooms (one full bed and two twins) and two en-suite full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a balcony with seating to enjoy the beautiful outdoors.
Guest access
The entire condo is available (with the exception of a few supply/owner closets).

We aim to provide everything you will need for your trip! Most dry goods and utensils are provided for in the kitchen but you will have to purchase additional food/beverages. *Please see policy RE: smoking and children under 12.
