Escape to Paradise is a magnificent holiday home with panoramic ocean views and situated just steps away from the golden sands and pristine waters of the 90 Mile Beach.

This beautiful home has 5 bedrooms with built in robes, fans and panel heaters. There are 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, a laundry, air conditioning, front and rear decks, a double remote-controlled garage, a huge secure backyard and more.

The space
Drive through either of the two grand entrances and walk up the stairs to a beautiful home that is set out as two independent units, separated by a connecting door. Each side of the connecting door has its own kitchen, dining, living areas and reverse cycle air conditioning.

There are 5 large bedrooms and 2 living areas with enough beds to sleep 17 and a cot for the little one. Three of the five bedrooms have beautiful ocean views. Four bedrooms are set out with queen beds and the fifth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. The living area has two pull out sofa beds. All bedrooms have built in robes, and panel heaters. There are ceiling fans in the queen bedrooms and a pedestal fan in the bunk bedroom. There is also a laundry fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

A sprawling deck takes center stage at the front of the house allowing you to take in the most beautiful sunrises and panoramic ocean views. There is another sprawling deck overlooking the beautiful back garden. There is a BBQ on the back deck for those rainy cold nights.

The back garden is enormous and filled with beautiful plants and garden features. There is an undercover entertainment area with a dining table and chairs. There is also a fire pit with seats around.

The beach is only a few steps away. The kids can enjoy collecting sea shells while you relax and enjoy the seclusion, beauty, peace and serenity, or why not catch some fish for dinner.

Groceries and other General Supplies:
The area is very quiet. There is a general store which sells most essentials including fresh vegetables and fishing supplies. There is a selection of hot food and coffees too and a couple of restaurants close by. Sale is a 25 min drive away and has a wide range of bars, restaurants, shopping centers, Coles, Woolworths, Dan Murphy's.
