„good hotel“

„Had a nice stay “

„Clean, comfortable, and very well maintained hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout the stay. The location was excellent and convenient for getting around. I also really enjoyed the tea-time happy hour, which was a lovely touch. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay again.“

„Kindness“

„Nous n'avons pas utiliser le bar ni l'espace fitness. Le personnel est très accueillant et professionnel.“

„メールのやり取りが通じておらず、到着時の対応も残念だったが、チェックアウト後、ダナン駅まで送迎車はホテルが用意してくれて助かった。“

„Schönes kleines Hotel/Hostel in einer Seitenstraße. Umgeben von kleinen lokalen Restaurants, Cafés. Zimmer war schön groß und sauber mit einem kleinen Balkon. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. “

„Toller Empfang, immer freundlich, sauber und sehr fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr gern wieder :) “

„The romm itself was adequate - very basic for a 'studio' and no balcony as advertised. Mostly the access was confusing, a phone call made no difference, but the concierge/cleaner lady was lovely, very helpful and charming. If she isn't in the foyer you are stuck for entry, best to clarify access to the room beforehand ! The location is great.“

„Amazing friendly service!! The room was clean and very very very pretty. So many cuties on the first floor (doggies and grasshopper)“

„Schönes Design, toller Service, wirklich tolles Onsen (Spa). Frühstück klein aber sehr lecker.“

„Jim’s House was a wonderful stay! Ngoc was very welcoming, and we chatted un petit peu while I waited for Grab orders. We loved their eco-consciousness and enjoyed both our room and the upstairs space, which has seating on both sides and gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. Watching the full sunrise was a highlight! We had dinner upstairs with Grab takeout one night—chef’s kiss. The kitchen and filtered water station were also super handy—we refilled our big jug daily. Would definitely stay again!“

„Old building but clean room. Towels are very old and worn out. Enjoyed the swimming pool and staffs are very polite and friendly. Breakfast is good“

„Friendly reception and clean overall clean apartment. Ideal location for going out at night also. Plenty shops close by. Recommended! “
