Upstairs, three flexible bedrooms each offer zip-and-link beds, providing either super king setups or comfy twin arrangements, plus individual TVs. A family bathroom with a bath and shower over serves this floor. Climb to the top floor to discover a serene fourth bedroom with a super king bed, en-suite shower, and French doors leading to a private metal staircase descending into the tiered garden, perfect for morning coffee or al fresco dining.

Just a short walk from the sweeping sands and sheltered dunes of Par or Spit beaches, and only metres from the scenic Southwest Coast Path, you’re perfectly placed for seaside adventures. Wander further and you’ll find the historic harbour of Charlestown, famed for its tall ships and period drama settings, along with the idyllic beaches of Polkerris, Porthpean and Carlyon Bay. The majestic Eden Project is just a short drive away, offering a surreal rainforest experience beneath its iconic biomes, while the lush, flower-filled Lost Gardens of Heligan beckon with their timeless magic.

From the local railway station, take the train through glorious countryside to historic Plymouth or coastal Penzance. With a welcoming pub, fishmongers and greengrocers just a short walk away, golf, sea fishing, and countless beaches close by, this is Cornwall at its most captivating.
