Diese schöne Wohnung, befindet sich im oberen Kings Palace Komplex auf Grab des Kings Road nur außerhalb von Paphos bietet Ihnen den Komfort von zu Hause zusammen mit herrlichem Blick auf den Pool und das Meer vom Balkon aus. Erreichbar mit Lift oder Treppe, die 1 Schlafzimmer im zweiten Stock, komplett eingerichtete Wohnung für 2-4 Personen und Sat-TV, W-Lan und Klimaanlage umfasst. Nur 200 Meter entfernt befindet sich das glitzernde Meer, sowie ein Lidl-Supermarkt, Bars und Restaurants. Darüber hinaus ist die Bushaltestelle mit Bussen gehen sowohl Coral Bay (ca. 15 Minuten entfernt, wo es einen schönen Sandstrand ist) sehr regelmäßig gewartet und Kato Paphos.

Very Good!

The Apartment has everything you need and it was very clean, it has a very good location, you have the Lidl supermarket just down the apartment and when you cross the road there is the beach and you have a very clean and nice pool which is part of the Komplex. just to mention there is also e hotel where the beach is so there are also people from the hotel i dont know how crowded it is during the season but we went in the beginning of september and it was perfect you could count the people it was not crowded at all! the balcony is also beautiful to stay outside after a pool or beachday you can see the sunset we had a very nice stay. you have the bus station (you have a bus almost every 20 min make sure to print a timetable because there are none at the bus station) where the lidl market is and it takes you to coralbay in lets say 15 min or less and the other way to the Harbour also in 15 min. and from there you can take any other bus wherever you want to go! the negative thing is we had ants, and they were coming from the balcony, since they were very tiny it didnt realy bother me but my sister wasnt realy happy about that. the second is we didnt have enough towels only 2 per person a small and a bigger one it would have been great if there would have been a few, there was also a thing with the blankets we only had one sheet and i could not find any other there were actually some blankets but i didnt know if they are clean or no because they didnt seem clean to me thats why we didnt use the blankets at all. the size of the apartment is ideal for 2 people with two large suitcases if you are 3 people it can be tight. not to forget in the apartment you have also deckchairs and a beach umbrella it didnt realy bother us beacuse we were only two and we had enough space. key handover went smoothy! you get everything you need! in general, our stay at the Kings Komplex was very good i can only recommend it! thanks a lot!

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment in schöner Anlage. Die Aussicht ist etwas getrübt durch den Blick auf die Hauptstraße und den Lidl, aber die Nähe zum Einkaufen und zur Bushaltestelle sind sehr praktisch. Sehr ausführliche Infos vorab durch die Vermieter.

Lovely Apartment

Have stayed in this lovely apartment several times. Very clean and comfortable as always. Katie is an excellent host and great communication.We adore this apartment, and feel very much at home here. Best views in Paphos from the spacious balcony.Apartment is equiped with absolutely everything you need for a superb holiday including a washing machine.Plenty of linens, even swimming towels. Welcome pack is very generous and includes bread butter jam water milk and even a bottle of lively wine.Location is ideal with Lidl 3 minutes walk away, bus stop outside Lidl, and pleny of bars and eateries within walking distance.Cant wait to return again in September.Thank you Katie

Loved every thing. Repeat visitor

Stayed at this gorgeous apartment twice now. It has everything you ever need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of linen. Plenty of utensils in kitchen. Balcony has the best views on the complex. Nice and shady, overlooking the pool. Also side sea view. A great welcome pack awaits you with bread, butter, tea, coffee, water and wine! What more could you want 😁. Cant wait for flights to be announced for next year so I can book again. Great communication with host. Always responds quickly. Thank you

Great location for beach, supermarket 2 minute walk, basic furnishings, but you got what you saw in the photos, liked that you had extra bedding to wash and change as you needed, I think a fridge freezer would have made all the difference for someone who likes to weekly shop, as the small fridge in the kitchen to me didn’t work to full capacity and the freezer part didn’t freeze the items put into it,, other than that,there were most things you would need and use in your own home

Great stay in Paphos

The apartment was excellent; Kathie had clearly thought of everything, as it had all we needed for a perfect stay in Paphos. The location is superb, and having a Lidl next to it was a real bonus. The apartment is spacious and features a large balcony with a sea view, offering the chance to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Although we didn’t use the pool, the beach being just a 5-minute walk away was fantastic, and there are plenty of lovely places to go for walks, restaurants, buses to other beaches and much more.The only thing that never worked properly was the WiFi, but the rest was good. Easy parking and access to the complex.

The best apartment close to everything in Paphos

10/10 !! Stayed here last year and we thought what better place is there to return back to than this place. The owner is very lovely and quick to reply to any messages, which we felt provided a fantastic security and communication. The place it self, is close to the lidl store, Venus beach and the local bus, which can bring you straight in to more shops and restaurants. We personally loved to stay in the apartment, and every evening we would enjoy a home cooked meal on the balcony, and finish it up with a game of cards, so it was rare to venture outside of the complex, even though there is some really good restaurants in the area. It is a nice apartment with everything you need, fridge, oven, stove, microwave, 2 fantastic ACs , good WiFi(which to be honest you need in this day and age). Just a great place to stay for a few weeks of vacation! Thank you for this amazing time and hopefully we will be back next year!

Perfect for my husband who is in a wheelchair to get around. Food parcel on arrival was brilliant especially as we arrived after 11 pm. No problems or concerns but purchased an additional umbrella stand for around the pool and left in apartment for next guests.

Great apartment. Host easily contactable. Fantastic views of area and sea view. Ideally situated for shopping, bars, restaurants and beach. Bus stop outside complex. Excellent Stay

Clean and very well equipped apartment with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Excellent AC. Large balcony with beautiful view of pool and sea, lovely for sunset. Location is excellent close to Lidl and a number of great bars and restaurants. Regular bus service every 15 mins to get down into the harbour right outside the property. Lovely beach for swimming across the road. Pool area is quiet, peaceful and pool is lovely. All very well maintained. Home from home. Highly recommend.

Best Place!

This Apartment is amazing! It was quick and easy to book and the contact with our host was great, always happy to help and answers quickly! The Apartment itself was very nice, the balcony overlooks the pool and we sat there every night playing cards and watching the sunset, most like the best spot on the entire apartment complex to see the sunset! The location is great, you have the lidl store within 1 minute walk, as well as the public transport, that could take you easily into coral bay and central Paphos! And of course the best part of the stay, Venus Beach just across the street! If we were to come back, for sure we will stay here again! Just amazing experience here! Thank you!

Had an amazing time apartment was perfect for 2 people.. Late afternoon sun means you can sit and relax on the balcony without being hot.. Very secure apartment I would recommend staying here as lidl is a 2 minute walk away and that's a big plus... Amazing swimming pool and amazing Seaviews.. Bus 615 to harbour and coral Bay every 10 to 15 minutes.. You must try hickorys restaurant just up the road for brilliant quality food service and friendly staff... Definitely recommend staying at Kings Palace apartments for a peaceful stay.. Thanks Catherine
