„Was a nice place to stay for a night before catching our flight the next day. We were advised by several locals not to leave the hotel as it was considered unsafe. Wish we would have known that before we booked.“

„Staff does not speak English, but was helpful. When the guests in the neighbouring room would not stop watching TV loudly, they gave me another room so that I could sleep. “

„Staff were very nice! When we arrived our room was dirty and offered us free breakfast and late checkout. They changed us to another room that apparently was clean, but wasn’t, hair was all over the bathroom sink and floor. My bed had makeup on, pillows and sheets wasn’t clean and also full of hair. Not counting that my partner went downstairs for breakfast and he had to change his mug three times because it was dirty!“

„The Cozy House looks just as it does in the pictures. I love the location in the hills of Santa Teresa. I searched long and hard for a location outside of the tourist area, but close enough to enjoy the sights and a room with a view of more than the building next door. Cozy House checked all of the boxes. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The room was pretty clean. I did notice a few overlooked areas, but nothing alarming or that made me feel uncomfortable. The breakfast was ...
