„The cabin is very nice. Very clean and modern. They even had coffee as we forgot to bring our own. My ONLY complaint is it looks like they built this cabin quickly, then piled up all of the construction debris next to it. I’m not so concerned for us, but it’s a pretty unneighborly thing to do. I know if I owned one of the surrounding lake lots at Linn valley lakes, I would be very upset having a vrbo cabin get thrown up and all the crap left there to rot. You guys need a clean up crew ...

„There was no light at the entrance to the unit although other units were lighted. To arrive after 5:00 as required meant that we arrived for the first time to a dark door. The clothes washer shown in the host photos had a sign saying OUT OF ORDER ..NOT FOR USE. The tissue holder at the toilet and the shower soap dish were torn from the wall. The hot water at the lavatory had almost no pressure although the cold water did .. the one chair in the main room was impossible to sit in comfortably. “

„The apartment, itself, was clean. The facility (hallways, stairs, elevator, entrance, etc.) could use a lot of work. Lights in the north stairwell need addressed,as well.“
