The hotel is well equipped with facilities and the service was quite fast.
The washroom had a couple of leak issues (because the shower door was not properly sealed, causing a lot of water to spill out onto the floor of the washroom outside the vestibule), but the room had a nice view and ambient lighting. They provided both firm and soft pillows, which was a good touch.
Another issue was with check-in, because Expedia asks whether you want a smoking or non-smoking room, but the entire hotel is non-smoking. So that was a bit of a throw.
Service wise, Surbhi at the front desk was really nice and always smiling, and Girish in F&B was really helpful during breakfast servings, paying attention to the table at all times and helping improve the stay.
The cleanliness and sanitization of the hotel was adept and they have hand sanitizers throughout the public spaces.
The property is located a little outside of the town though, so that causes some delays in Uber/Ola usages, but not much to worry about.
All in all, it was a wonderful stay and I’d gladly do it again!
